5 weeks ago I bought a secondhand Aygo from Steven Eagell Toyota in Northampton which was originally planned to be disposed of through the auctions, but because of its good condition was kept by Steven Eagell. The paperwork and service record had already been sent to the auctions and I have been waiting ever since for it to be recovered, along with the spare key. Still not had new DVLA registration paperwork either. Keen to get a sale and provide nothing much after - not impressed.

Wanted a second hand Toyota GT 86 , Steven Eagell Toyota Northampton found one at a branch in Ipswich then insisted on getting a deposit off me to get it to Northampton to cover costs, and as the salesman said.. put the money on where my mouth is..so I refused.. very poor customer service. Just wanted to see the car first.
