Having reserved a new car with the branch and paid the deposit I was assured it would be ordered with Toyota the following Monday. Two weeks later I received an email from the dealer saying my deposit was being returned and I could only order the car online direct with Toyota. However, by then the car had sold out the UK allocation. All that was required was to have contacted me promptly (after Toyota alerted all dealers directly) allowing me to buy the car online. How hard is that? Not even so much as an apology. You have to ask yourself if this is the level of service I received do you really want to take the risk buying a new car with this dealer? There are lots of other great Toyota dealers and based on my experience I wouldn't trust Steven Eagell Northampton.

Phoned well ahead of time to arrange a viewing and test drive of an Aygo automatic. Turned up promptly and shown to the car, clear damage to the front which isn't shown in the pictures then the best bit, the sales person goes to pull the car out of the space and it won't budge. A guy has to then come along and hammer the back of the car to get it moving. Unsurprisingly I no longer wish to test drive it. Then I'm sat for 10 minutes whilst discussions are had and then told my deposit of £250 will be refunded but in 5-10 days. I travelled from London on train to view and this is what I was met with. Never will I look at purchasing a Toyota.

I bought my 7th Toyota for Steven Eagell Toyota in Northampton over a month ago. I was always very happy customer with they service but this time I have only a problems. I needed to chase the sales person to find out when my car will be ready to be collected. Finally the day arrive, I collected my car and after 15 minutes on the road I noticed that there is a chip and crack on the windscreen. I called the salesman straight the way and I was told that he will send someone to have a look. 2 weeks past and nothing. Then I was told that windscreen specialist will arrive on Monday. Again nothing happened. After 3 weeks of calls and waiting for call back I was told that I need to clam for the damaged myself as cars are checked. I am a honest person and if the damaged to my windscreen will happen when I was driving I will never contact the dealer. This made my feel like a liar which I am not. So if you want to buy the car from this dealership please look and the cars very carefully.

Rachel dealt with my transaction, and was always keen to help, responded quickly and efficiently to any queries I had, and had a very happy attitude, which is always good for the customer!
Lovely car and the service was great. Nathan Clarke was very knowledgeable and super helpful and sorted out all of the paperwork for me. Very good would buy again from Steven Eagell Northampton

At Stephen able Northampton we were very lucky to come across a great sales lady Rachel Wild very helpful and in helping us to choose a Toyota Aygo nothing was too much trouble for her thank you very much Rachel . And thank you for your service given by Stephen Eagle Northampton we would recommend anyone buying a new vehicle to contemplate using this garage and 100% committing to the customers care . Rachel at Steven Eagell Toyota at the Northampton dealership has been professional friendly and has provided a great experience in buying my first new car. In fact all the front of office staff have been relaxed and accommodating. I can highly recommend this dealership. After 9 years driving a Mark 1 Toyota Aygo and family owned for 14 years a new AYGO was the only choice. Competively priced economical to run and lots of fun to drive. Now with better ride looks and infotainment. Always with Toyota reliability and service. So if you do decide to buy a Toyota please speak with Rachel at Toyota Northampton who I can recommend highly.

New prius plus. Staff 10/10. They are helpful, kind, and i was given all the time i needed. Dan was who my husband and i dealt with, he is the most polite, kind, friendly, true gent you could hope to deal with. He spent all the time i needed explaining about the car our choices how it all worked. He made us feel we can contact him anytime about anything we are unsure off. It is not often a shop has made me feel 100% at ease and comfortable being me. Thank you all but especially Dan Mendel xx

let down on a booked test drive said would call back within 1hour took 26 hours for a call back went to listers in coventry the only local Toyota dealer to use
Steven Eagle in Northampton just sorted me out a cracking deal on a brand new toyota thank you to Mark (sales) and the reast of the team, At last someone who listens!, No hard sell just great info on the range very knowledgeable-very happy customer ps im on my way for my mats lol... P. B up North.
