We eventually agreed on a purchase and once again he went through the purchase options with great clarity and delivered the car to us on time.

Where do I start? We went into this dealer to look at purchasing a Toyota Yaris. The sales person was polite and found a suitable car. We took it for a test drive and we liked it so went into the dealer to look at the financials. The car was being advertised at quite a high price so we negotiated a lower price by £1k and we said we’d go away and think about it. We left the dealer to do some further research to understand what the market was pricing the cars at. After travelling a few miles down the road we later found the car being advertised £2k cheaper on auto trader. We must have had “mugs” written on our foreheads when we entered the dealer. We went back and asked about the price. The salesperson apologised and came up with some excuses about the “head office setting the prices”. We agreed a sale on the car and the salesperson said we wouldn’t be able to pick it up for a few days because it needed to be checked over by the service department. We arrived a week later to pick the car up. I questioned where the evidence was that it had actually been serviced as the service book wasn’t stamped. The salesperson assured us that it was recorded on the “mytoyota” site and to check it in a few days. After driving a mile up the road we found the front headlight was out, we brought it back to the dealer and they agreed to replace the bulb. Again, they assured us that the service had been completed so they weren’t sure why the light bulb was out. We drive it home and wait a few days to check the service details on “mytoyota”. The service still wasn’t there. I called the service department at the dealership and they admitted that it hadn’t been serviced. I guess we still had “mugs” written on our foreheads.... Thankfully the service department seems more honest than sales and they agreed to arrange a free service for the car. After they completed the service they found another light bulb out, although I’m not sure which one as I still haven’t got any kind of receipt showing it actually had a service carried out! The helpful “mytoyota” site also shows the car has had almost £2ks worth of bodyshop work which was not declared at all during our purchase. I don’t think we will be buying another Toyota any time soon......

Went in to buy new car yesterday and Manni the saleperson was excellent. Helpful, courteous and knowledgeable even though he had only been with the Company for two weeks.
Hi, I bought brand new car from Steven Eagell Toyota (2019 Yaris icon tech) guys it was faulty, the boot and the driver door, I contacted them they fixed the boot, but they said the driver door is characteristic problem and can't be fixed, please come and take your car, we can't fix it, I requested return , they rejected it. I don't have money to go to court and pay for lawyers, so I have to use this car for another 3.5 years until my PCP plan ends and return it finally and buy another model(for sure not Toyota). Please don't buy any car from Toyota if you don't want to make problems for you.

I paid this dealership a £500 deposit for a Toyota Auris hybrid which was described as excellent condition bodywork,upon arriving after a 177 mile journey I the salesman got me to sign up all the paperwork before me even checking the car.And when I did check it there was deep key scratches on the doors and rear bumper not to mention dents and stone chips all around the car.You would expect these dealers to prepare the car in advance before putting it on for sale,especially when you’re paying £11,850 for it

We bought a used car 2 months ago from Steven Eagell and in hindsight it was over priced. Not happy with the price at all and so I wouldnt recommend them based on this.
