Sorry you felt you had to take your time to leave a review. We always will try to get a deal done but it has to suit both ways. You wanted to much of the price that we could not do, so we parted ways. Please check our real reviews on autotrader and you will find a 96% customer satisfaction rate. You cant please every one but we aim to do our best.

Wecan only apologise for you experience but i think on this occasion we could not come to a deal as we was to far apart in the offer you made to the original sale price.
I rang Stevenage Cars this morning with interest in an advertised 4 year old black Vw Up to ensure the vehicle was still for sale. After driving 60 miles I drove into a very tatty car park on the edge of an industrial estate where some 50 cars were covered in dust. The office was a steel shipping container. The vehicle I was interested in had damage to the front requiring a new number plate plus repair to the bumper (or replacement). The rear bumper was heavily scuffed, the car riddled with marks and scuffs under all of the dust. I queried this with the on site manager whom became rather aggressive & I was told that I should have rang him to conduct a full inspection of the car prior to me driving to Stevenage. I escaped and drove the 60 miles home. Draw your own conclusions.

When you called us you only asked if the car was for sale, if you would have asked us the condition of the car we would have walked around it and described it to you. As the car sold the very next day this clearly indicates that the car was correctly priced based on its low 22000 miles but its overall condition. At the time we had a further 2 VW ups both up for more money that u declined to even look at. It is correct but now out of date of your decription of the forecourt as when you came you saw our forecourt undergoing expansion so all fences was removed ready to be refitted to create our larger forecourt. The container you mention is our valeters storage container and if had stayed or spoke to us properly you would have noticed our 32ft sales office on the other side of our sales yard. The way you spoke and treated us you should expect to be spoken back to the same way. It works both ways. As this is not a reflection of a actual car purchase and all our other customers are more than happy with there purchase its a unfair statement to review a buissness you have not even bought from.

I purchased my first car from stevenage cars, a lovely white fiat 500. Scott and Les were very helpful and knowledgeable in the fiat 500 range and very friendly and easy to deal with. Definitely spreading the word on a great experience I had. Thanks.
I am happy with my Mazda. I have had no major issues at all and the dealer at Steven age Cars was very helpful indeed. I did have to give the car a clean but it was in good knick and a very good price. Good experience overall and I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I bought an Audi from Stevenage Garage in January and I am really happy with it. I have had one small issue with it but it was sorted put very quickly and easily. The dealers were helpful and friendly and the car is worth every penny. I would recommend.
