Purchased a 2012 Audi A4 Avant from Stillmans Aug 2022. Rightbaway became apparent that there was a problem with CVT auto gear box. Because tey swindled me into purchasing a warranty , they refused to help with repairs or dignosis. Decided to finance the vehicle with Santander .They are meant to guarantee that the vehicle is free of serious problems and road worthy. Equaly criminal lendder. Denied a problem despite email documentation of my reporting it. Then these criminals go out of business. They belong in prison, right down from the owner, managers, salesman, and Bank. Horrible nightmare still not resolved

BUYERS BEWARE! Dont not buy your car from these people. Car had a problem the moment i left the them. Called them said they would help us. Did the claim for the wareenty and still left with a hefty bill. Called them 4 times, said they would call back. Nothing! first time, was told Dean was on holiday. When Dean returned, he told me someone else was dealing with it. Then told as he out, he would call me back. But never got called back. Shocking service! I run my own business and if i treated my customers like this, i wouldnt have a business

*** UPDATE - AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY *** After purchasing my Mini Countryman from Stillmans in July 2021, I've had nothing but issues with this company, the owner Sam and all his incompetent and lying staff. After only having my car for a few weeks the DPF warning light came on so I contacted Stillmans and spoke to Mel who advised to bring the car back to them for repair which I did early October, despite not living local and having to pay the dart charge each time I visited my husband and I made the journey back to Stillmans. After a few days and no update from Mel I called to find out what was happening to be told it was going to take longer than expected, I was upset and asked to speak with a manger regarding my concerns, eventually speaking with the garage manager Dean (who after weeks of conversations I was told wasn't actually a manager and couldn't authorise any compensation or a courtesy car I was told I would be entitled to ). Dean explained he was waiting advice and a part from BMW which had caused a delay. Cut a long story short I waited patiently for my car to be repaired, constantly calling for updates and being told I would get a call back each time no response. Weeks went by and I was still without a car and having to use public transport to get back and forth to work with no further offer of a courtesy car despite asking. The day before I was due to collect my car after the repair was done staff were taking it for a test drive when I got a phone call from Dean saying the engine blew whilst on the motorway due to another fault being overlooked, the car was no longer roadworthy. I was advised to email Sam the owner of Stillmans with my shocking experience. He was apologetic and stated he would personally source me another car for the same price. This didn't happen and I was strung along for 2 further weeks with no response or update. I finally lost my patience and spoke to another manager Steve who told me he was giving me a refund as they couldn't find me another car ( a car dealer with no trade contacts or cars !!!) After 7 weeks without a car I got my money back and a half hearted apology at a great financial expense to me.

Recently dealt with Stillmans of Sevenoaks at Hildenborough as they had a vehicle offered for sale that I was interested in. It had sold by the time that I could make it to them, but they found a suitable alternative that exceeded my expectations. The team listened to what I needed, and acted thoroughly professionally in finding my new set of wheels! I'd recommend a visit, even if the initial car you're after gets sold before you get there, they'll find one that fits. (They even fitted a DiamondBrite protection kit for me for a really competitive price)

It's been on-going for months. Short version.... I reported a number of issues wrong with the car. They failed to fix all of them on three attempts. The loan car they gave me on the 2nd attempt had NO road tax or MOT. They sent the car back to me when I said "I've had enough, I reject the car, I want my money back", quoting "we can't keep the car, it's your property".

Don't buy a car from them, it's probably broken anyway, and if you ask them to fix it - they will hold it for a month and don't get any work done on it. They lie, deceive, abuse your trust and waste your time. As soon as they have your money they turn disrespectful, aloof, and patronising. You will waste your money, your time, and your faith in humanity.

Looked their cars on eBay and spotted a Jaguar XF 2020 at a cheap price. When I checked the registration on DVLA site it said car was manufactured in 2011. I won’t be buying from Stillmans.
Broken promises and a car that didn't work properly!! I've tried to resolve this amicably but despite promises, they have still failed to refund part of the cost to repair the car. I purchased without driving due to COVID, not ideal but was told they'd have in the garage and get MOT done etc and could then collect in a week. Told it drove really nicely, first day drove home and was fine on flat, next morning, first hill I experienced, it really struggled, I contacted straight away and was told nothing they could do due to COVID at present, so put some engine cleaner and drove for another few weeks to see if that resolved the problem. Alas it didn't, so contacted regarding the 3 month warranty that came with it but was then told this didn't cover it. Basically not worth the paper it's printed on. I had the work done elsewhere and contacted again, since it was a lot of money to fix (turbo needed replacing). Stillman replied and said to drop back and they'd fix it.....a little late, since I'd been denied repair twice and so went to get fixed elsewhere. I managed to get him to agree to refund cost of parts and not labour, fair enough, at least it's something but still no refund, no replies to messages, just broken promises. I'd say I wouldn't buy from this dealer again, has lied, broken promises and sold a car not fit for purpose. Thankfully there are plenty of other dealerships nearby, I'd suggest using them instead as Stillman's has proved themselves dodgy dealers.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They do not care about customers. Of course, before you pay, they will make you think they do care by courtesy calling you every day, going the extra mile... etc. But make no mistake, once you have paid, God forbid there is something else you need them for, because they will NOT care one bit then. You have to litterally fish for updates, the person dealing with your issue is never around to speak to you or on a day off when you call (surprising considering how often they wanted to speak to you before you paid), they tell you they will call you back with updates and they never do. They have had the car I bought from them for over two weeks now (using the aftersale guarantee THEY pushed me to buy) as we found a fault shortly after driving off. No idea when I will see my car again, no update, conflicting information and to top it all up I cant even fit all my children in the curtesy car they gave me, it is so tiny. Avoid at all cost except if you think you won't need the aftersale service. I would expect a commercial gesture from them considering the huge inconvenience but not holding my breath the way things are going. Not a happy customer.
Organised to view a car on the weekend. My wife and boys turned up but car wasn’t ready. Made to wait for an hour. Car not clean, dead battery. She said my partner will see it tomorrow but when I arrived still dead battery and not cleaned. Organised to see it during the week. They forgot. Salesman got defensive and tried to blame us for expecting the car would be clean! Made to feel like we didn’t matter. Avoid Stillmans of Sevonoaks
