I’ve been looking for a new car for several weeks now and as soon as I went into Stirling Cars I was offered an incredible service no other car dealer gave me. I have been to several dealerships and never given the opportunity to talk through the exact vehicle I want and have all of the work done for me. It really was the extra mile when it comes to purchasing a new car. Jacob really went the extra mile when ensuring every little detail was perfect when it came to me collecting the car. Andrew and his wife offered excellent advise when it came to financing or purchasing a loan for this vehicle. I am truly grateful for not only finding me the perfect car but also the level of advise I received in Stirling Cars. Today I did the unthinkable- I visited a car dealership something I dread approximately every 4/5 years (expect one bad year- that thing lasted 6 months). Happily, today was painless! I’m not into fancy cars in fact I rather like French cars. So the Peugeot 306 was the car for me & Stirling cars was the place to buy it. Excellent customer service in which I felt like, I was being listened to and not unnecessarily up sold things (which I normally buy because I’m to awkward to say no). I walked out feeling like I paid the right price which is new feeling for me & cars and respected as a customer. If you need a car, I couldn’t recommend this place more. Massive thank you to the team at Stirling cars.

Just for notice be aware what are you signing as they promise one and is another thing that is saying in the paperwork.Happy with the car but not happy with the service especially the lady.I know that i should check what im signing but i have trusted them and i didnt get what i have been promised.

Thank you for your review, we do appreciate critical assessment which helps us to improve and shape our work practices for future customers. However, it appears that the criticism that you have expressed here is entirely on yourself. When you originally bought the car a year ago I promised a free one year warranty as part of the deal and this was explained both verbally and was written on the order form/legally binding document that you signed, the warranty was also set up and a copy of the policy was given to you containing the start and finishing date. The issue that you have is that you believed you had a 3 year warranty. There has not been any form of misinformation given, misleading statements or attempts to conceal anything. It does surprise me that after one year you state that you are not happy with the service. Once again, it appears that you are purely upset with yourself in that the issue that you have is that you misunderstood the deal that was settled on (possibly misunderstood free one years warranty for 3 years warranty) even though this was both verbally explained and shown to you on the contract before you signed.
Car 08 Audi s3 They were very helpful in getting me the finance, even with a poor credit rating. I initially looked at the car in the showroom and went for a drive and loved it, there was a couple of issues that needing sorting ,one I said was ok the other, being a scratch across the the screen I wasn't, although the scratch was still present when I got the car, the car was also delivered to me with 22miles of fuel,witch I found a bit off seems as I'd just spent 10k, also I didn't see the car again until delivery when I cleaned it for the first time two weeks later I noticed the rear quarter panel was dented and scratched. As I hadn't noticed it on first viewing in showroom and didn't see it again until delivery I believe they knew about this as it had been polished over.I didn't call to complain because after the car had been in my possession for a fortnight already I didn't hold hope they would do anything about it, when buying cars in future from a high end garage or not I will be looking a lot more thoroughly

Dear reviewer, thank you for taking your time to leave us a review. In this case we did go above and beyond to secure you a finance deal but this is just our normal protocol for every customer. In regards to the issues that needed sorting on your car we did allow you a deduction of the screen price of the car which was for you to rectify these minor issues of a scratch on the windscreen and rear bumper. In relation to the fuel in your car we had put the normal amount of collection fuel in the vehicle but due to the fact that we delivered it to your place of work for free 22 miles of range was all that was left. Again thank you for taking the time to review us and we hope we can be of further assistance in the future.
Was overall impressed with my experience at Stirling Cars. From start to finish all the staff were very knowledgeable and more than willing to help. Could not be happier with my new Audi S3.
