very unorganised. When I came to collected my car it wasn't even ready because It had a major electrical fault. Since then it has has had other major issues at well. I didn't feel the service or aftercare was good at all. I felt like because I had pre-arranged finance that they were not that interested. I wouldn't recommend.

At Stirling Cars we welcome and own honest reviews and any constructive criticism as we feel that it helps us to shape the way customers see us and to help us to improve the service that we give. We dedicate our time and the highest quality of service to all of our customers regardless of how they choose to pay for their car. I cannot deny that your car did not have any issues due to the many mechanical parts that cars have and the fact that we do not sell brand new cars. However, this applies both to you and any of our customers, if you do have any issues with you car it is best to contact us in order for us to rectify any issues. We do not shirk our responsibilities or try to fob people off. It is a shame that you have posted this review before allowing us a chance to try to sort any of these other 'major issues'.
Really good aftercare, I had a couple of issues after only a couple of days but the dealers were happy to help and got the car fixed really quickly and efficiently. Stirling Cars Peterborough were friendly and knowledgeable and the car was a very good prove and was sparkling clean when I received it. I would definitely recommend.

I drove from Northern Ireland to look at a car in stock at Stirling Cars Peterborough, talked with Andrew and was able to do a deal, very helpful, straight talking, covered all aspects , deserves to do well.

Really magnificent car from Stirling Cars! I bought a VW Passat a few months ago and I have just recently taken it on holiday and it has been amazing. No issues at all and the dealers were really helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I have just bought my second car from Stirling and the families fourth car from Sandra and Andy. I have no hesitation recommending Stirling Cars for their Customer Care and service - repeat business is obviously important to them. Love my new Audi TT Sport TFSI. I purchased a Range Rover Sport in Feb 2015. Right from the start there were problems which including in the agreement a service yet handed over with dirty oil. Since owning, it has had a leaking sunroof which filled the passenger side with water, overheating problems which have finally culminated in a blown head gasket recently,, hand brake jamming on & wheel bearing failure. Car has only been driven about 4K since purchase. All that in addition to fault codes appearing just about every time it's driven. Quite honestly this is the worst car I have ever owned. You make your own mind up if you wish to risk buying from this seller.

Hi Mark, I'm sorry to hear that you've had some problems with your car. Unfortunately, due to the sheer amount of moving parts, cars can and do go wrong. However, although you have had the car for nearly a year and a half, we are always at the end of the phone (or a 2 minute walk as you live so close) to help with any repairs that you may have. Obviously, as we have not heard from you, we had no idea that you had any issues. Clearly, on an 11 year old car, things like rubber seals on sunroofs can perish and are easily replaceable. The other wear and tear items can also go wrong at any time. Just purchased an Audi S3 from Sterling motors via Sandra and I must say she was lovely , very helpful and went out of her way to get me a deal , the car is in fantastic condition and I am over the moon with it , I have to say that I have been very impressed and i had the car on my drive in less than 48 hours from viewing it . I've had no problems with my car at all it's running great. Stirling cars made me feel welcome, there was no pressure, they left me to test drive the car which was great as I was able to drive how I normally drive and get a better feel for the car. From start to finish they were great.

I recently purchased a 2011 M3 through Stirling Cars and the service from Andy and the team was as great as the car itself. I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and consultative with no hard sell. The purchase was both smooth and pain free and the finance package offered met my needs. I would highly recommend to anyone and will return once Andy gets an M4 in the showroom ;-)

I bought a saab 93 from Stirling Cars Peterborough and I found a problem with the paint work on the front bumper and they sprayed it no issues very good car dealer.
