We live in the lancashire area and travelled down to Stoke to purchase a vehicle they had for sale. I put a deposit down on the vehicle on line on the Monday by the Friday we had test drove the vehicle and then drove away.
I was contacted by the salesman 'Tom Hall' on the Tuesday morning , from the first call Tom was down to earth, he treated my self and my wife like 'human beings' which is in the modern day and age , a lost art. With that we where not just another customer.
This is the first time we had looked at an Audi, from customers previously of Vauxhall, Ford and Mini, Audi Stoke blew them out of the water.
Tom was very down to earth, very relatable , he gave part of himself with the experience and made us feel valued as customers. The process was flawless as we called this the 'midlife crisis' purchase. Tom laid everything out in simple terms for us to understand with a no pressure approach. He was very informative and knowledgable.
This was a different experience for me as I am a face to face customer experience person , preferred. The enquiries were all done remotely emails, phones etc, but this was not too much trouble. We wanted the vehicle package to right for the price but we were not disappointed.
I was open and honest about what we could afford and what we wanted from the deal.
The package was sorted provisionally over the phone and I got a fair price for our trade in vehicle.
On entering the showroom, the Audi garage was very sleek, good energy , very tidy and clean. I asked for a decaff coffee and this was not to much issue , they got me the drink no issues and even had cold cans.
I have not been to a dealership where they cater for the customer and nothinf was too much to ask, Tom was very open , we where there for a couple of hours because we had alot of questions.
Overall we drove away , the vehicle was amazing and the whole package was amazing, the only dissappointment is cant award 6 stars !!

Genuinely one of the best car purchasing experiences we have ever had. Visited other dealerships but this was definately the best deal.we had Philip Cannan who was so nice and patient he never used the hard sell and gave us the best experience.He was totally trustworthy and could not do enough for us.But to be honest stoke Audi is a class act to follow they are all nice and accommodating and there is nothing pretentious about this place just a friendly warm environment.

Super happy with the car, everything brilliant. I'm used to the Audi 3 as I've had before, this one only had 1000 miles on the clock but has more extras and more modern than my old one. Alex was absolutely super, she's a lovely person and has a lot of time for her customers. I have just driven to Conwy and back in the car and it was super comfortable and smooth, I am over the moon with it :)

My wife and I chose to have 1 car instead of 2 for environmental purposes, we sold both our cars and went for a shared vehicle. I would have never have chosen and Audi A3 myself but my wife was set on it, and in hind-sight, I'm glad we went ahead with this vehicle. So far so good, we have done a good couple thousands miles and been very pleased with the car and its performance. We are finding a few characteristics that are new to us with the car, this being Audi's functions, such as: the Apple car, media player, and lane assist. We live in the countryside so quite often cross white line which the car doesn't seem to agree with. The important things although, I am really happy with, the car itself is excellent. I would like to mention the service and after care I received was fantastic. A member of the after care called us to remind us to register the diamond treatment and warranty, I certainly would have forgot about this without the reminder, so I thought that was a great touch. I'm very impressed with the over-all care given and would be happy to shop again with Audi.

I won't be going anywhere else for a new car but here. Alex is very very good, she is so helpful and on the ball with everything she does, a totally fantastic purchasing experience. Just swapped our Volvo for an Audi we got a Q5 and are very pleased. The car is very different to the Volvo but a good change. Daniel was helpful and patient and gave great customer service.

I usually deal with Hamilton Audi just outside of Glasgow, its my local branch and I've always dealt with the chaps there. When upgrading came around, the A5 I wanted was with Stoke Audi, it was available and on a fantastic deal at the time, I wasn't letting it slip away. To say the service from Kamil was first class wouldn't do it justice, he was excellent, so helpful and knowledgeable. He treated me very well and made the journey and handover as smooth as possible. Kamil answered any question I had and eliminated any concerns over distance/travel. I have a service and care package which I will use at my local Hamilton branch to keep the upkeep maintained. I can't imagine I will be making the trip to this branch again, however if the right car was available, I would happily travel again.
