I’ve just taken ownership of my beautiful new Lexus and the service I have received is outstanding.I have been updated regularly by Joe Chadwick on each stage of my purchase from when my order was first placed, to when the vehicle arrived into the country and finally to the beautiful Japanese style handover..In todays times it is reassuring that there are still professional and reliable people around who say they are going to do something and actually do it.The patience and understanding when we have asked questions stood out and meant a great deal to both of us. I would not hesitate to recommend Lexus Stoke to others.

I have just purchased a used Lexus IS from Lexus Stoke. The car is of high quality and the service I received from everyone we dealt with was of equal high quality. In particular, I must mention senior sales assistant Joe Chadwick for his patience and knowledge and Natalie.in reception.
I have bought from many marques including Audi, BMW and a different Lexus dealership over my 45 years of driving. Lexus Stoke is in a league of their own with a family feel and is very much a happy place to visit and do business. Everyone couldn't have been more helpful. I have had my car serviced here for two years but this was my first actual purchase from them. The first time I have driven off in a new car and been 100% totally happy. Thank you all but especially Joe.

Just bought my second Lexus, an RC300h F Sport, for the first time from Lexus Stoke. A great dealership! Peter Strudwick knows the meaning of a proper test drive and was extremely helpful throughout the process. OK so these guys want to sell you a car and have to maintain their margin at the same time but I was very happy with the trade-in deal they offered me - saved me the bother of having to sell it separately. As for the Japanese handover ceremony - just a knockout. These guys know what marketing is all about. Well done!
My wife and I bought our first ever Lexus today and feel that we must congratulate Joe on his patience, product knowledge and genuine friendly manner, there was nothing "pushy" about the entire process. Everything was explained in minute detail. Simply excellent although a first rate product was also a great help in deciding to purchase.

We have just collected our 4th car from Lexus Stoke. Never had a problem with any of the cars, we love them and they drive very well. Very impressed with our new 71 plate NX300h with all the new features it includes. Beautiful car. Joe helped us in securing this vehicle and made the process as easy as possible, just calling in to pick the car up once it had been registered. Joe is very knowledgeable and knows everything about the cars, very friendly and always happy to help. Thanks once again.

I m more than happy with all the help at Lexus stoke. I moved from Volvo. Service is excellent, and even if the beggining of my situation doesn't look much promising, at the end sales specialist Joe Chadwick and his Manager, really did better than my expectations were after. Would highly recommend them! Will definately be loyal client of Lexus stoke! That's what is Lexus service about!

Had a problem with the sat nav in my NX, which Lexus Stoke fitted, a phone call to Jamie on service, problem sorted , new SD card sent in post to Cornwall where we are on holiday, Great service thanks Jamie
