My advice DO NOT GIVE STOKE SEAT YOUR CUSTOM! BY far the WORST ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE’ EXPERIENCE I have ever had. Their FAILURE TO FULFILL MY ORDER OVER A SIX AND A HALF MONTH PERIOD caused me considerable inconvenience and additional expense for which they REFUSED TO COMPENSATE me. My initial order with them was on 9th December 2018 and I was given a delivery time of before Christmas. Having failed to achieve this delivery my requests for information/updates were met with RESPONSE TIMES OF 21 DAYS, 29 DAYS and 93DAYS respectively (some of the information contained in the replies has since proved to be inaccurate). They tried to push me towards a different colour choice but at no time was it suggested that my original choice was unavailable. In fact I was advised that it would just take a little longer. It turns out that THEY FAILED TO ORDER THE CORRECT COLOUR IN DECEMBER and on the 24th June 2019 they informed me that the model I required was no longer available from the factory. 198 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL agreement when the model was available THEY CANCELLED THE AGREEMENT. The model I want is again being produced by Seat and they suggested that I renegotiate a deal. Needless to say I declined.

Was very daunting walking into a dealership but Dan Smith dealt with me and he was such a good salesman. He was so kind and friendly and my the process of changing my car so easy! He made everything so simple and helped me get the best deal that suited me. Felt like I could drive away in my new car with no stress. Such a big thank you, would recommend to anyone. Will definitely be returning to Stoke SEAT for my next car.
I found a nearly new Ateca for sale on the Stoke Seat website. I made an appointment to view and take a test drive. No problems to this point. After the test drive I started to discuss a potential deal. Following the usual archaic car salesperson, bare with me must discuss with boss first routine, it transpired someone at the dealership had made a big mistake and advertised the car at the wrong price, i.e. £1000 too little! No apology or the faintest hint of embarrassment when presenting the deal showing the now inflated price. At this point my trust in this dealership completely disappeared. It is 4 days later now and the car is still being advertised on their website at the price I was told wrong. Perhaps this wasn't an innocent mistake? I wont be revisiting Stoke Seat. Beware.

I spoke to the saleman tuesday to test drive a car wednesday morning. I arrive no one knows im coming. Took 15 mins foe anyone to even ask why i was just standing in the middle of their showroom. I then finally speak to some who takes forever to sort the car and paperwork out. To be honest i spent more time doing the paperwork to go on a test drive than i did test driving the car. It had not been prepped for the test. The brakes were all rusty and grindy. The windscreen was cracked on the drivers side. Mirror was also broken. Which the salesman never mentioned the day before. I told them what i wanted sorting and that i wasnt prepared to pay what they had verbally agreed car unseen as it wasnt as described had a nice cover of dirt all over and marks and scratches galore and the interior wasnt very clean and they refusedmy offer which was £200 less than what was discussed on a £6.4k car. No new mot as it had till april 2019 and its now almost july 2018. No service as it was done in march although it had a stamp but no date or what it had done to it. Brakes needed attention. Air con didnt work. All this on a 3 year old retail car with 45k.miles on the clock from a main approved dealer it was shocking to be honest i walked away as they were a joke and didn't seem bothered about my cash i wanted to spend on a ibiza fr. So there you go beware of their awful customer service and not very retail worthy vehicles. Stoke seat worst customer service
