New car delivered on 3 January with minor damage to roof spoiler - given go ahead by Cleckheaton Ford to get local repair done as I live in Scotland - repair done on 18 January at cost of £120 - as of 8 March still waiting for Stoneacre to give refund they promised - good at selling not good at after sales or responding to e mails chasing issue up
Recently had my Fiat Panda in for an MOT and Service - Gabby was brilliant and looked after me
Booked my van in here well over a week ago asked them several. Times if they could get the parts to be told by Natalie no problem rang me today the day before it’s due in oh we can’t get some of the parts funny a week ago I was told not a problem waste of time

Have to change my review seems they have gone out of there way to get the parts required to sort my van things looking up
Gave my car to fix minor scratch on the side of the car. They mostly did fix it but.... found out the next day the chassis underneath got mangled during the process??? and nicely painted all over it. There is a hole 5 cm wide/10 cm long , all nicely painted. That means there is no quality check in the body shop, if they approve that or they are f…… crooks. Biggest mistake ever to trust them.

We first contacted Mark by phone and advised we would call at the show room. Mark was very helpful and efficient and where able to test drive 2 cars and chose the second car to purchase. All the necessary paper work was ready for us to sign when we pick up the car first class service.

I dealt with Stoneacre Cleckheaton because my Fiat was faulty and needed repairs. Unfortunately the fault (car cutting out unexpectedly for no reason) could not be found and they then thought that my fuel was contaminated. I actually think this was them clutching at straws because they couldn't find my fault. They said that if this was the fault, I would need to pay for a new engine as this would not be covered under warranty. The car was with them for over 10 weeks and I was not once offered a loan vehicle or a solution for the inconvenience. I had enough of the sutuation and picked my car up and was then accused of lying when I said I gave them both keys. After eventually finding the key, not one apology came my way and I was made to feel bad. The final cherry on top was the fact that they left me with a tiny drop of fuel, despite knowing I was picking the car up. Although they drove to a petrol station with me and paid for half a tank, the customer service was terrible. I would never ever deal with this garage or with Fiat themselves again and am severely disappointed that this happened.
