I needed for find a medium sized pertol engined vehicle to replace my 2012 Vauxhal 2.2ltr ANTARA. I visited Stonacre grantham and was seen by Sales Executive, Mr Luke Srotey. who help me in selecting my new car, it was a real pleasure to talk to a sales person, who has the customers best interests in mind and was able to answer some difficult questions and give good honest straight forward answers, He is a credit to the company, I will definitely consider obtaining another vehicle from Stoneacre in the future and for my grand children. Lukas helped us to find our new car and he had great customer service skills. We ended up leaving with a new car and a hot chocolate 😉 .
We were buying a second car for our family, we had looked round without any pressure from sales staff, but they were very approachable when we were ready to discuss. I recently bought a car from Stoneacre Grantham and I was not allowed to test drive the vehicle. Legally as it was 'click and collect' I was allowed to return the vehicle after 14 days. After I drove the car home (50+ miles as they didnt offer to deliver it to a closer store) I realised the car wasn't working. There were various faults with the vehicle which was later confirmed by stoneacre. They were adiment they would not take the car back and after many many emails I finally got somewhere through the fact that legally you have 30 days under the consumer rights act. They made me pay more than I should have for my APR and I have gone elsewhere now and have 0% APR-SCAMMERS
