I could write war and peace on how terrible Stoneacre is but I’ll keep it brief. Based on my experience they are great at selling but god help you if you have an issue with the car after purchase. They will fight you to avoid any fix and deny liability until the end. Best of luck to you if you choose them!

Over the past week Leanne helped my wife and I to choose a new car. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable…..we felt in most capable hands…nothing was too much for her….she did her best to secure a sale. Finally we decided to purchase a Hyundai Tucson although we were impressed by the Kia Sportage!

Just bought a car, absolutely love it, leanne went up and beyond to get me the best deal. Over the moon with the service, leanne was lovely and bubbly, thankyou 😊 ☺️

Took out a 5 year Life Line Guarantee when we purchase our 3 year old Juke, the sale person said never said we had to take it back to Stoneacre for a service and MOT to keep the guarantee going. These prices are astronomical but went along with it then the car has developed an oil leak, so it went in for the service and MOT and they was asked to repair the oil leak. The garage at Grimsby checked for an oil leak but said it was coming from the Timing Chain cover and this is NOT covered under the warranty and charged us £99 for checking it out. I was then told that there might be another leak somewhere but because they have cleaned the engine down they cant tell but if I bring the car back in 2 month they will check it out again at a cost. I asked to speak to a manager but I was told there wasnt one in but he would ring me, Im STILL WAITING for that call. DO NOT take out the cover it’s a CON.

Dealt with Tom, from start finish, he was helpful, polite and not pushy. We has a sensible conversation and agreed on a deal that worked for the both of us.. The car was delivered to me and turned up as arranged lovely and clean, The interior was exactly as I had hoped and so far the car met every expectation. I personally enjoyed my buying experience at Stoneacre Grimsby and would like to thank Tom for his help and professionalism.

I give this company one credit they are fantastic sales people!!! They may mis-sell products and prices and not give you the information that could influence your decision. I bought a car with all the promises in the world. Was told a price which was put to me weekly and when i said it was so much he agreed knowing full well it was incorrect, If they offer you a 5 year guarantee please don't take it, as it covers nothing at all. Will not be going back to Stoneacre in my life time.

Not at all interested in any issues. Sold me a car with 2 illegal and dangerous tyres. Not in the slightest bothered. Even the customer service don’t get back to you. Would never shop here again and would say stay away.. Steven wiseman in Grimsby

Well what can I say about Stoneacre Grimsby...... we actually found a car salesman with a sense of humour and actually wanted to help us. (After two competitors let us down) TOM listened to our dilema just over a week ago and also no pressure was applied, He provided us with the information we required and gave us time to make a decision. To his surprise we were back the following day for a test drive. In a Kia Stonic 4 which was packed with gadgets One week later our car was ready for collection. All the staff at Kia were superb and gave top class service from beginning to end, including all the gadgets clearly explained as we made the transformation ftom a Manual to an Automatic. We even had a follow up call the following day to check if we were happy with the car. Note if you are really lucky you may even get a hot drink or two served by Penny. The fabulous GLIDER air hostess lol. Well done and thanks to Tom Smith for our purchase.
