When we visited Stoneacre in Grimsby we were met by the lovely showroom assistant who introduced us to Leanne..we were offered coffee etc, Leanne is very polite and funny and a pleasure to be around,we collected our car on the Friday and the area manager Jonathon even treated us to fish and chips yum yum...any time we contact Leanne or Tom or Jonathon we are treated with politeness and nothing is too much trouble.we know where we will buy our next car from. well done to a great team :)

We were shown a video recording of the under carriage including testing tyre depths . Outstanding! We spent a very enjoyable time at the dealership. We cannot fault the staff and service. Thank you all at Stoneacre Grimsby.

On Friday 24th may I visited Stoneacre Grimsby To just browse a car I found advitised on the Internet and by 10.15am Saturday 25th may I was driving away with the car I browsed on 24th. OMG what fantastic service I received, Tom was brilliant and so were all the staff they were very friendly, polite and very helpful all the way through the paper work, Stoneacre you have some great staff. Tom my sales guy was so brilliant Tom even came and collected myself 1st thing on Saturday morning so as I didn't have to ask anyone to take myself to collect my new car. Thanku so much to all the staff at Stoneacre Grimsby for taking great care of myself you all earned 5 out of 5 stars well done.

I’ve just recently done a part exchange with stoneacre grimsby. I was served by Tom who was fantastic and did anything for me. He was fantastic as there was no pushy salesman he would go that extra mile. So if you are thinking of changing cars definitely go to stone acre in grimsby. X

What ever you do do not take a warranty out with stoneacre if you do read the small print. because i had my car serviced elsewhere they say the warranty is null and void even though it was vat reg garage . i have been paying warranty for nearly 2 years for what . i was warned by a lot of friends including mechanics not to go to stone acre i should have listened i hope you do .there are honest dealers out there .if i where you i would look elsewhere . the person i saw this morning just could not be bothered they wanted 78 pounds just for a diagnostics check 78 pounds just to stick a plug into your car ,and they wonder why you have car serviced elsewhere. bye bye stoneacre never again will you get any business from me .
