Walked into the reception at Halifax this morning, three ladies on the reception desk, met with a smile and a warm welcome. Customer service means everything to me, get that right and my confidence in the company is immediately high and the ladies were brilliant. The staff knew why I was there and what needed doing to my vehicle, no forms to complete and no explanations necessary Excellent service. I explained I needed my car within the hour if possible and I wasn’t disappointed with the response, the service manger was summoned and got onto dealing with my issue with my Kuga, straight away and completed the problem within 30 minutes of my arrival Brilliant staff who excelled in their relevant roles with consummate ease and a smile. Genuine people, happy to help and in a very timely manner, I will not go anywhere else now and please bring this review to the staffs attention as they are a credit to the company.

I have bought numerous cars from this dealership over the years and nine out of ten times always had good service. This time I must admit the sales and staff service I have received has been excellent. Drew who was my salesman was excellent and very professional and knowledgeable about the new Puma which I purchased. Ben was excellent regarding sorting out the financial side and well Harry what can I say about him. He was a perfect gentleman and even sort a nicer classier model for me. I would also say the after sales service has been excellent too. No problems now with this dealership. Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought a Ford Fiesta from this garage which I am very happy with. However there were one or two issues after I took possession of the car which if they had been dealt with properly there would have been no issue. The manager, Gary, promised that when I picked up the car it would have a full 12 months MOT. I even reminded him a few days before I picked it up. When I collected it from Jess, who was very helpful, she asked Gary about it and he didn’t even bother to come out of his office and said “ Tell her to book it in”. The car had a fault which was mended but the MOT which was supposed to be done at the same time wasn’t done again! I feel that unfortunately once you have driven your new car away that is where the caring stops, they don’t do anything they promise to do and there seems to be no communication between staff, no message I left ever seemed to be passed on.

Took my father to Stoneacre Ford in Halifax this morning to have a look at exchanging his ford focus for an automatic due to him being unable to drive a manual car anymore. We were greeted by Jess and the service she provided throughout was 5* she couldnt do enough to help and she managed to get him a car the same day which was brilliant. She is a credit to their team and when the time comes to change my own car i hope to deal with her.

Con artists! Late Sunday afternoon I arranged to see a car at their showroom. I drove the 25 miles to Halifax arriving at 10am the following day where incredibly I was told that it had been sold (overnight on Sunday) However I was advised that they had similar cars available which they did over in Wigan a further 23 miles away. I left immediately and took this up with the branch manager who told me that people often find a car that they like when they visit. I pointed out that this was basically dishonest but he said it worked for them. I wrote to the head office asking for an apology but they didnt even bother to reply. Stay well clear of these back street used car salesmen

diabolical service , i advise never buy a used car from here , multiple issues , broken parcel shelf , lied to about car being serviced , bodywork damage , no pre delivery inspection. and passed from pillar to post when i try to get these issues resolved was promised would be taken care of when sold the car 10k for a car that is in poor condition .
The salesman at Stoneacre Halifax (Range Lane branch) was so rude because he didn't like the fact that i was knowledable. At one point he threw the papers over the desk at me, we test drove the car we were interested in buying it but it had the fault of pulling very steeply to the left. They were uninterested in fixing the fault until money was handed over and we left as there are always cars to buy. They said we actually had the car before they fixed the fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bought a fiat fullback pickup from salesman called joe at stoneacre hallifax on range lane, he was very helpful nothing was to much for him it was a pleasure to do business with him Dave
