As you can see they are reliable, trustworthy & go that extra mile for their customers. We have never looked anywhere else in all that time for cars which to me speaks volumes. Bought a car a month ago and paid in full for the warranty 995 for 5 years only to regret it when I got home so read terms and conditions and had the right to cancel so rang to cancel only for them to offer it at half price so don't be fooled into paying in full for this if you want it when it's available at half the price. I noticed my car was missing quite a few wheel nut covers so Ian said don't worry about it I'll go to volvo and have some sent to you right away.... a month later and still nothing.... the car was also advertised as 1 owner. Upon receiving the log book the car has 2 previous owners and I'm the 3rd owner. I would never have even looked at the car if I knew it had 2 owners so rang Ian 3 week ago and he said he would investigate it. Not heard anything since..... looked on auto trader and saw my old car also advertised as 1 owner when I was the 2nd owner on that too so this is a common lie they spin. To sum up I wouldn't trust this dealership and will definitely not be using again

Just want to say a massive thank you to all the staff over at STONEACER Harrogate , and especially Jonny , you have saved me a lot of money thanks pal , picked the car up a week ago so simple and easy , was on the road in no time , would recommend these guys to anyone wanting a new car .
