We purchased a new car , staff memeber John was excellent made us feel welcome, no pressure when we looking at new cars , very helpful in the process of us purchasing our new Mazda car .

Bought a mk 8 Golf R last April 2024 for £32,000. Since I’ve had it an intermittent sos warning comes on the dashboard, took it back to the Hull depot last April because it was driving me mad but they said theres nothing wrong because it didn’t happen on the test drive. Took it back there this week to have a service done, the window buttons had stopped working and this annoying sos thing was still happening. They wouldn’t do the buttons under warranty, apparently I’d broken them!!! Told me I’d have to take it to VW to get it diagnosed for SOS problem. VW Hull were great called me same day to say it needed a new steering wheel, it was a common fault with the early mk 8 and they’d sent the quote to stoneacre, heard back from stoneacre Service manager today, they won’t do it under warranty because I was 4 weeks late taking it for a service, which is true because I work away and the cars doesn’t get used it’s only done 5000 miles since I’ve owned it. I feel so annoyed and let by stoneacre, they were happy to take my 32 grand but any sort of warranty is total bogus. Seeking advice

Absolutely discussted with the treatment at stoneacre hull. We were given a price for our car that we were part exchanging 5 days previously. When we returned to actually do a deal we were offered one thousand less. My husband said no deal and the arrogant manager Liam I think didn't ant to listen to us saying someone 5 days previously had offered us more at the same shop. And just said fair enough have a nice day and walked away. We have bought from here before but believe me e I'll not be returning and we will be telling friends and family not to deal with them. As far as the manager goes he definitely needs some customer relations study because he will be losing them custom.

Fantastic value for money I bought a Mazda and for the price and low millage and all the spec inside it was definitely worth it thanks a lot to Karen who was brilliant with me 👍

Outstanding service from Start to finish when my car went in for its service. First time used Hull Branch and wouldn’t use any other now. Great guy who Collected and dropped car off for us. Also Tech who did service and guy who called to Let us know the car was all done. Really happy with the cleannf valet of the car too. Customer Care and Service all Round.
