Took my car to stoneacre in hyde to have a repair on my sat nav . They was really helpful especially jenna ☺️ she kept us informed all the way . Regular updates of jenna . Would reccomend stoneacre.

This is not the first car that I have bought from Stoneacre and it certainly won’t be the last! The salesperson is Wayne and the manager is Dan. Between the two of them, they were extremely professional, likeable and could not do enough for me. Nothing was too much trouble! They went out of their way throughout the whole experience, Many, many thanks to you both.

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE UK"

The worst customer service I have experienced in the UK! I was referred to them by Haven car insurance to have my car repaired. Because it was a small job they treated me with contempt. They wanted me to do all the work for them by taking a mutlitude of photos so they would not have to make the effort. The girl on reception Kateland was robotic and rude. She ignored my questions and just tried to dictate terms. When I wrote a text message to ask a manager to call me back, instead of being concerned they simply gave the job back Haven insurance and never had the decency to call me. I called back and was stonewalled by Kateland who refused to give any details. I called back again and finally got a different girl (Shenea) who was more helpful but sounded very concerned to be transparent as she did not want flack from her managers. Eventually she informed me that two managers Steff and Paul had conspired together to cancel the job. I asked to be put through to either but Shenea informed me that neither were answering their phones. Finally Steff's mobile was free (Must have been busy with a personal matter?) When I introduced myself she jumped all over me and began berating me that I was rude for sending them a text message which stated at worst, "They had lazy practices of doing business". She had chosen to take umbrance rather than resolve the situation she balmed the customer! I asked her to please stop shouting and be respectful and she evetually calmed down. I then explained in a professional manner that their standards were unacceptable and that I would be giving them bad reviews on social media and taking the matter to their CEO Richard Teatum. She was not perterbed by this and suggested that Richard would not have any interest. So please support me in helping me make poorly run organisations like STONEACRE, with recalcitrant staff to treat customers with more respect. I am sure Richard Teatum has some intelligence and business accuman as he has built a large organisation. But it seems he has forgotten that it is his customers that got him there and made him rich! Maybe Steff is right and Richard Does not care how poorly his staff treat his customers but if he does, he needs to contact me. I'm not hard to reach Richard you can find me on Social Media as I treat all my customers with respect and curtesy. David King CEO The Professionals.

After being disappointed at other local main dealers, Dan and his team looked after me and my wife on both of our vehicle purchases. From start to finish we received a level of service nothing short of 5 stars! We test drove 5 cars in total - the team were patient and courteous. Not pushy at all and made it such an enjoyable experience, we had tea and a lovely coffee on tap. Thank you Stoneacre Hyde - See you for the next change in 2026!

Very impressed with the service and attention from Clive at the Hyde showroom when buying a new car this week. Spent a lot of time going into all the necessary information without any pressure. Nothing was too much trouble, very patient.

Recently Invited into stoneacre hyde after 4 vehicle purchases over a 9 year time span, last purchase was not great but none the less decided i would give new dealer principal Dan Williams the opportunity to right any wrongs as he sounded genuine on the phone. After 2 hours of listening and talking things through he convinced me to stay with stoneacre and purchase a new vehicle. If you're going to this branch, just ask for Dan - he's the only guy I'll be seeing for my cars from now on. Thanks to the service lady Carris too.

Dreadful customer service from start to finish. Both cars I’ve purchased have been brand new but full of faults. Lots of errors made which cost me extra money in car tax, bank charges, and even charged me twice for a payment. Been waiting almost a month and still not been refunded. Staff are rude and unhelpful, rarely return calls without being chased, and the finance guy used incredibly crass language whilst dealing with me. Disgusted with Stoneacre and wish I’d never set foot in the place. Would strongly recommend going elsewhere and avoiding this dealership at all costs.
