I received kindness and courtesy from the receptionist; Sales staff also were considerate. My vehicles main problem were two alert warnings that could not be dealt with by my usual maintaining garages. Due to difficulty acquiring relevant master electronic component I was allowed use of courtesy car for the duration of repair for which I thank Hyde Greenacres. The fiat 500 a hybrid version surprised me with its performance, petrol consumption almost seemingly eternal with an ability to continue on fumes, plus having the versatility of providing 4 seats which allowed reasonable comfort. i was happy to get back my Tipo which also needed attention to other aspects of roadworthy considerations such as two rear tyres and brake fluid. I have previously reported back to staff that I am very satisfied with the results describing my TIPO as performing sweet as a nut. I would consider the Fiat 500 as a first contender if I were buying for a member of my family which I would chose from all its multiplicity of versions and variety of choice.

I went in looking to get a car on finance with no knowledge at all as it was my first one.the young lad trying to sell to me was lovely but obviously umder instruction from the manager as he had to keep bobbing in to check questions i was asking.i test drove one car which i quite liked but they wanted to add an extra 50 pound on top of my budget,i waa then told that the A.P.R would be 33.3 !! The reason for this was because my credit svore wasnt "high enough" i chose to leave it and go elsewhere. I now have a brand new toyota within my budget and A.P.R of 8.4 !! Nothing to do woth my credit score apparantly.thank goodness i went to another company.do not recommend this place at all as it seems they are just out for getting as much money out of you as they can.

All my dealings with stoneacre have very been good except one salesman, a few issues to resolve but overall pleasant and very helpful can't fault them
I booked to have tyres fitted on a Friday 1.45pm.I was then texted everyday from monday to Friday to remind me!!! When I arrived I was told I'd missed my time slot..which I had not,I arrived at 1.45pm.I also was telephoned by a salesman trying to flog me a new car!!! I only wanted four tyres fitted.I had then to hang around for over 2hrs.

Went into this dealership with a deal I’d already seen elsewhere, expecting the salesperson to try to match it. They came back with something that was nowhere near. Then they presented a quote for weekly payments instead of monthly. Didn’t realise that I was buying from Littlewoods’ catalogue 🙄. I can also multiply and know that £33 x 4 is more than £110! 3rd attempt still not good enough, would have cost me >£750 more over the term of the PCP than the deal I had showed them. Felt v sorry for the salesperson who was obviously under instruction from the manager and fighting a losing battle. It wasted my time and theirs. Bought elsewhere.

Only one word to describe this dealership and that is appalling a new car with brake problems very little help at all
My wifes`s panda had difficulty in engaging gear, On way to Stoneacre it appeared better. However they diagnosed clutch failure and replaced clutch. They then said another part of linkage was required and then fitted.They then diagnosed drivers window needed now switch as thw window was not going uo smoothly. They subsequently replaced window motor. On collection of vehicle the window behaved the same (going up and down bit at a time) They then squited some silicone lubricant and hey presto it worked beautifully. I believe I was charged over a thousand pounds for an uneccasary clutch replacemant and a dash of silicone lubricant to window channel. I recently purchased a Seat Leon from Stoneacre in Hyde. whilst going through the deal everything seemed fine until I noticed a chunk of wheel rubber missing on one of the wheels, I brought it to their attention and was told sit would be sorted for when I come to collect the car on collection day, however, this wasn't to be. I was told that they would be booking me in to get this sorted. two weeks later and they then phoned me regarding this repair. With them knowing about the tyre repair, within the two weeks it took them to phone me, I noticed other issues with the car and their is several. interior light not working on the drivers side, drivers speaker not working, boot light not working, Seat badge sticking once open, one-touch system not working first time when putting window back up (having to hold the switch), drivers seatbelt kept coming undone whilst driving. Was then given a MG3 which is dreadful!, I can't believe they actually sell them to the general public, the car has no power steering and the car is 2 years old! I was told that the car would be done on the following Monday when I gave it in on the Wednesday previous, it has now been 2 weeks. I got a phone call this Friday just gone and was told it would be ready for today but still nothing. I have now been told it will be tomorrow 1/12/21 but I'm not keeping my hopes up. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place like the plague. I regret buying my car from Stoneacre, and never will ever again. It's a shame I can't give this company less than 1 star.
I just bought a new MG HS, Dale the sales rep at Hyde was very helpful. He kept me informed about when the car would arrive and pull out all the stops to get it to me as soon as possible. Also got me a great deal on my old car. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a new car to go and see Dale at Stoneacres (Hyde). Excellent service.....
