I purchased a Fiat 500c from here on the Motability scheme no problems with the car until after it's yearly service It now rolls back onto other cars reversing and forward the gears keeps sticking and the noise it makes is appalling called the RAC out and they said there was a fault and took it back to Stoneacre surprise to say they held onto the car for over a week and found no fault so my car is now messed up and they won't take responsibility for it !! will never come back here again :(
The worst after sales service ever experienced. After paying £2400 accessory pack for peace of mind 5 year guarantee, it wasnt worth the paper it was written on. The car immediately had an electrical fault that was promised would be fixed on the next service. It wasnt, then Covid hit and it couldnt be fixed for a period. Then told at next service it would cost £252 to fix it, plus £192 for handle of door. Surprise surprise the guarantee doesnt cover wiring. Just fobbed off, once they have the sale thats it, no help. Utterly let down and disgusted, will not be buying here again or recommending.
The customer service from Stoneacre Hyde is awful. Lies, lies, lies, more lies ... & ‘fob you off’ers’.

Totally agree with you mate, I got conned into buying over £2400 of extras and have not seen one little bit of benefit from it. I was told I would have 5 years trouble free driving and immediately had faults which they fobbed off. Disgraceful company.
Took car in for service/MOT, wasn't going to take it there as wasn't too happy last year, but though I would give another try as I thought they deserved a second change. There is no communication with the customer at all even when told you are unhappy with them. The "Red Urgents" on the MOT that were not discussed with me are now being done by another garage today, and I had brought this problem to their attention. I just don't think they could be bothered. Won't be using again, but they probably don't really care.

The staff at Stoneacre are all particularly warm and friendly at Stoneacre in Hyde, particularly Aiden who is so helpful and naturally charming with this customers. Whilst in the showroom, he was reassuring, full of information for me and really helped me to make a tricky decision on the day without pressure. He was the perfect host checking I was ok, making me brews, and even offered me his lunch when he overheard me saying I hadn't yet eaten. The aftercare I've received is also second to none and Aiden is always there to answer questions and help with anything I am unsure about. 100% impressed, he deserve a raise!!
We had a really great experience choosing our first EV. We were very well cared for by Aiden Phillips. He was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Great sales person, who's friendly approach made the purchase of the care a pleasant experience. Aiden actually came in on his day off to meet us and hand over our new car! Took my C4 into Stoneacre for annual service and MOT. They called me mid afternoon to advise all was OK but a build which illuminate my rear number plate needs to be replaced, I confirmed that it was OK for them to fit a new build. The cost was £12.90. This build from any car spares establishment is no more than £0.30. Obviously I as unhappy with this cost and expressed my disapproval, I had a policy which covers this type of work when in for MOT, I was informed by Taniesha that they had no record on their system of such a policy against this car, in other words she lied to me or couldn’t be bothered to look on the system to establish if I had cove4 or not. I found my policy when I got home and went back to Stoneacre they then reimbursed me with the full amount. Taniesha said it was £12.90 because the mechanic may have had to get behind the rear bumper to fit the build, a load of nonsense as the builds are located at the bottom of the tailgate and is a maximum 1 minuet job, flick off the plastic cover fit the build replace plastic cover, job done. Will I be using Stoneacre again ? probably not, and obviously I would not recommend them to any one either. I have @lways used the main agents in the past, but Stoneacre are no longer a Citroen main agent.
