My car was in for a service 19/8/23. Cheri-Ann was looking after me and she was fantastic, she went above and beyond to help me, She was fabulous at her job, 11/10 for her and she always kept me updated on my car as I was waiting. My car was immaculate and the other staff were very friendly and the service team did a great job on my car. Nicola Steel
The staff were excellent. They went above and beyond. Absolutely no pressure. The whole process of buy a used Kia, at a very good price, was stress free. Gavin the salesman who dealt with our purchase,at the Lincoln branch, was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. A credit to the company. I am extremely happy with the car I have purchased . We recently brought the vehicle in for a repair, the vehicle was repaired very fast, the loan car was clean and parked out front ready for us to drive away. we were offered a hot drink and biscuits on arrival. overall a brilliant experience =) thank you Stoneacre
Hi Just wanted to thank Rob at Stoneacre Kia Lincoln for all of his help with me finding my new car. it was Rob's first sale but you couldn't tell from his knowledge and customer care. We dealt with 4 different Team members though all very helpful. My only way to improve this service would be to include all costs together including the tax as this wasn't mentioned until after all of the other paperwork was done, also as I don't work with cars and am nowhere near a petrol head again knowing before I dropped off my old car that a log book would be required would also save an additional trip.
I have just got my Kia ceed on Friday 15 and I good customer service and gemma was brilliant she answered all of our questions and I would also say the financial man who sorted out our finance was good as well and I would go back there again to buy my next car thank you stoneacre Kia
