Went to collect our car from Stonacre Fiat In Liverpool having agreed on a price on the Saturday- only to be told on collection that we now had to leave a deposit (we'd agreed no deposit was necessary) and that the monthly payment we'd agreed had suddenly increased from £100 to £127! Shocked..bewildered.. and devastated! We left with no car!! Our daughter was making the payments herself - money from her 18th birthday! Unbelievable! Such integrity.... not! Great way to run a business.
Excellent service all round, Really helpful dealers and really good quality cars. I have had no issues at all and I am really happy with my Renault Scenic and I would recommend this dealership.
