Totally outstanding service from start to finish, I was informed about all different finance packages available. The sales staff were very helpful and explained everything in detail... would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I will use them again in the future 👍👍👍

First time I have ever bought a new vehicle for cash in my life. This will be sadly the last. All staff are so polite until you have purchased of them then are totally rude and arrogantly so. When you ask for advice of any of member of staff you are met with totally arrogant employees. Note to area manager please give your staff adquent training on handling your customers. Word of mouth can make or break a business

I had. been warned by a good friend of mine who believe it or not she had worked there for a while and told me about what some of the Sales People and Managers were. like. Is A Shame because the car. was really nice and thought I would. give it th benefit of the doubt. Sales man was clueless about warranty and Finance options and could not explain why add ons were extortionate on a Used Car. Hearing people complaining to Service Staff on my way in should of set. the alarm bells ringing. Be very very wary of this Dealership. The more I've spoken to friends and people. Online they've confirmed they've had bad dealings with them too which in the end prompted me to leave this review, especially when I was told one of my. Friends family was encouraged to make a Google account and the Review was then written out and submitted by the Sales Person in their name people. Need to no About this conduct. Disgraceful. !!!

“Don’t ever use Stoneacre Middlesbrough to buy a car and definitely do not get their 5 year warranty as it’s worthless. When I bought the car in April last year after my other fiesta was stolen my friend Daniel Wilkinson and Billy the general manager at the time sorted me out a really good deal on the car they went above and beyond to make things run as smoothly as possible and also offered me the 5 year warranty saying that it doesn’t matter where I get it serviced as long as it’s a VAT registered garage with OEM parts it will be fine. So I’ve got an issue with the car now in regards to the headlights not working maybe an electrical fault I’m not sure but it’s unsafe to drive in the dark and my wife is already a nervous driver. . I rang up Friday to get the car booked in under the warranty and was told it’s VOID due to me having it serviced else where and not there even though it’s been done by a VAT registered garage with OEM parts. I contacted the head office saying I wasn’t happy with this as that’s why I got the warranty and I was informed that I could use my own service provider as long as it fit that criteria. The General manager of middlesbrough Mark Jackson has just rang me today and he said bluntly he would not be refunding my warranty payment and they will not be fixing my car under the warranty due to not servicing it with them it’s VOID, but he will offer a free diagnostic to try n find out what’s wrong but then won’t fix it for me under the warranty anyway so no doubt they will try and charge up and above the odds to fix it!!!! I’ve told him I’m very disappointed in the way that he as a gerneral manager has dealt with this and that he couldn’t even offer the £134 back that I paid for the warranty in the first place to put towards the fixing of my fiesta which I paid £7500 for last year so it wasn’t cheap. It’s not the £134 it’s the way he just hasn’t been willing to even offer any sort of help he said if I’ve been misinformed by Daniel and Billy the manager at the time basically there’s nothing he’s going to do about it. As the customer I’m only going off what I’m told in regards to the warranty cover and therefore feel very annoyed that Mark is not willing to even offer a good will gesture on this and get my car sorted for me he’s not even willing to offer the £134 back to go towards me getting it looked at and fixed.” Terrible customer service and I’m not the only one that’s had issues with Stoneacre Middlesbrough as I’ve put this review on Facebook for my friends and family to see and it’s been said to quite a few people I know as well. ***SO DON’T EVER GIVE STONEACRE MIDDLESBROUGH YOUR CUSTOM TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER MARK JACKSON***

Hello, I was looking for a page to say something about the wonderful, friendly and patient representative you have at Stoneacre Middlesborough for Motobility Renewals, that I know as Steve. When we first attended the garage i was somewhat apprehensive about getting a Suzuki having been with Ford for the longest time. I really only looked a Suzuki as my daughter drives one. However, after the longest time looking at SUVs and attempting to get in and out of them from my wheel chair, my husband and I had a test drive and were most impressed with the smoothness of the ride, the response of the car to steering and brakes and the seemingly acres of room we had in the car. After what seemed like ages and with questions being answered honestly by Steve, I plumped for the Suzuki SX4S-CROSS 1.4 BOOSTERJET SZ55DA in black, which to my utter delight was the one in the Showroom. Unfortunately then came the Covid19 lockdown, but Steve was in touch with me regularly with news of when i could have my new car. Well, I picked up my beatiful new car today 22/6/20 and am overwhelmed by the care shown to me by Steve. I will recommend Suzuki and Steve to anyone in the market for a new car. We looked at a car on the Stoneacre website VW EOS blue I rang and spoke to a sales person about the car asked the right questions he told me it had one owner and in great condition ,so we travelled for 3 hrs each way to see the car what a disaster it looked like it had come from a auction house ,all the wheels damaged ,dents on nearly every panel of the car not looking for them they stood out some down to the metal, if the sales person is selling the car he should have seen the car before selling it ,he told us it was the first time he had seen it on the forecourt ,he was not happy with the comments that we spoke about the car , feel sorry for the person that as put a deposit on the car with out seeing it ,for me sales people at Stoneacre Middlesborough need more training

Took our car in for a service, and as you do , browsed round the cars for sale, someone came and asked if we needed any help, we said no thanks. They didn't stalk us, they even gave us a lift into town. When we got back to Stoneacres we starting looking at the cars in the showroom and decided we may change our car. Tony answered all my questions honestly and we decided on another vehicle. Then the haggling started. Sorry if I went on a bit.went next day to pick the new car up. Greeted with a lovely coffee from Beth. Sorted out paper work. Got what we asked for, tank full of petrol, and THE MATS, thankyou. All the staff are very pleasant in the showroom and the servicing dept. Nice to deal with such happy people in a happy atmosphere. Thanks again to everyone at Stoneacre Middlesborough.

We bought a new suzuki Swift SZ3 im March 2015 from Stoneacre Middlesborough. We have been happy with car and intend to keep it, it has now done 11,500 miles in the three and half years of ownership with no problems...BUT, heres the bad bit, despite tellinng the Stoneacre Middlesbrough team many times, on almost every occasion they call trying to sell an upgrade, new car or service package, that we dont want marketing calls, that we will not buy from stoneacre again because of this intrusion, and that we have unsubscribed sevral times from all head office and brach marketing, they will insist on ringing, i have just had another call, on a saturday morning trying to get me to trade in my car!,,, as though they were doing me a favour! Be prepared to be bombarded with calls if you buy from them.... a real shame as the car is fantastic.
