After booking in my car 2 months ago for its annual service and speaking to the service manager callum Brown on Monday I called the dealership to finalise everything only to find out that the courtesy car that I was to be given was not available I had paid for the service and everything when I bought the car it's only threw calling them I found out this is the worst customer service ever they never return phone calls or anything this is meant to be a firm that cares alll liew lies lies

They doing service just on paper on Peterborough Newark Road, nothing to the car. I've been 4 times in a row for spark plugs. The last time I went to them they said that was 3 of them burned when previously told me that they put new ones.. I ask hem how is possible to burn new ones next day in the morning. Also I had problems with leaking oil since I bought it, they out it for service because was 90 days overdue. After more then 2 years and a half my problem with leaking wasn't fixed and now they said that I have to pay almost 2000 pounds to change turbo because there was the problem when I finally found where was the problem but to a better location close where I moved in Stoke on Trent. I don't say that staff charged me because I declined previous car due to issues with her within 14 days but they said it will be a new contract for it and when I payed off to find out because of that ai had to pay over 4000 pounds extra penalties. I paid in total over 25000 for a Mercedes A180 from 2015 that had issues from beginning and told that will be sorted out.

We were genuinely interested in buying a car after recieving a good enough PX offer from Stoneacre online which is what made us go there. Salesman had no idea about the offers Stoneacre give! He also had no clue about the cars they have available and was trying to push us into buying a car that was £4k above other identical makes years of cars they are advertising! He didn't know much about the company's processes which was frustrating. He did offer us a hot drink which was nice, the usual sort of service but became very pushy and pressurising and rather sarcastic when negotiating the price. We had to leave rather dissatisfied and shan't be returning.

Honestly these guys went out of their way for me. We'd had issues with another branch and they sorted them all out within a few minutes and delivered my new car with no issues whatsoever. Consumate professionals and highly recommended.

I have used this dealership for a few years and the team are brilliant and very efficient. I would recommend my friends to check them out when look for a new or used car. Jacob,Mass, and Dom they are worth every penny and the new sales staff I have met are friendly and welcoming too. 10/10 for all aspects of the journey to buy a car with them. I can't thank enough for the consistently high service many thanks again guys.

When you do an oil change and a full service, it helps if you replace the oil filler cap. Otherwise it leaks all over your alternator belt / alternator! The only reason, I dioscovered this was because the "Suzuki Technician" failed to top up the washer fluid on a £189.00 Suzuki Service. I suspect the person servicing my car was not a trained Suzuki Technician as per their customer charter displayed on the garage wall! Also had issue several months ago with body shop, where my car was returned with the tailgate repaired , but with a dent in the passenger door. Despite asking for an explanation as to how this could have happened no reponse was ever received. So far two visits and two disasters, Will not be using this "garage" again based on this terrible performance. Suzuki GB now involved!

First service washer bottle not filled. Oil cap not replaced oil all over engine bay! Fuel filler release not fixed as requested!
I like to say a special thanks to all the guys from stoneacre, Ben who sold me my first car over 7 years ago, working as a team they have managed to get me a great deal and a good car every year
