From past experience to present experience I will never be doing business with any stoneacre dealership ever again, when it comes to professional standards they don't like being proven wrong completely unacceptable.

I would thoroughly recommend buying a vehicle from Stoneacre Thirsk. All the staff were very polite, attentive and answered all our questions clearly.

Customer service doesn't exist , not everything explained either but willing to take money for extra charges which are not explained ,and talk to the customers like they are children wouldn't use again or recommend to a friend

I recently purchased a car from these guys at stoneacre thirsk. Adam helped me source the car I have been looking for after being messed around by other dealers. He really knew all about the Mercedes I wanted and seemed to enjoy talking about it with me which I found really refreshing, not just after a sale like some salesman! When I made the trip over to collect the car I was welcomed by a friendly team of staff and got to look at some of the other stunning cars on site, the Audi R8 was a real highlight. The car was just as described and was everything I had been looking for. I would recommend these guys to anyone and no doubt I will return for my next car. Thanks Adam and the team!

We purchased a car around 6 weeks ago. Upon arrival the car was damaged and their had been no communication to highlight the fact. Never the less we received a discount, which was not proportionate to the damage incurred. The dealership had also ‘lost’ the logbook. We where only given one key as the salesman Stu ‘forgot’ to hand it over. 6 weeks on and we are still waiting for the key to be posted to our address after numerous chases. Shocking service from start to finish, would never use this dealership or this salesman again. Really disappointed and dissatisfied.

I have just aquired a car from Stoneacre at Thirsk. I would like to thank Nick for his impeccable service, nothing has been too much for him. He made sure he found the car that would suit my needs. He listened to me as to what I wanted. He has since followed up by telephone asking me how everything was going and making sure that I'm still happy.
