Had my car serviced on 17 Dec 2024. The staff on the desk were friendly and helpful. Car serviced, communication good; car washed and valeted. Post-service Peter contacted me with answers to my query regarding tyre prices. Good service and pleasant place to visit.

Had a service done in Sheffield Volvo, some work needed doing under warranty, no issues whatsoever getting the work approved. Service department customer care is great, informed and updated all the way. A very calm and relaxing atmosphere - thank you.
