Dominic in the Sales and Dave in Finance. were very efficient and helpful up to the time of driving away our new Kia. I had a great experience with Paul from stoneacre Wallasey. I was a bit anxious at first because it was my first car and Ide just past my test. However Paul made it really easy and eased the stress a lot. Although I’m quite fussy he narrowed it down to find me a car that was perfect for me and easy on the finance and insurance. The show room was most welcoming as were all the staff, Craig Johannnessen was most helpful in everyway and at no time did I feel as if I was simply another customer. in my opinion I was made to feel like I was truly valued and under no pressure to purchase a vehicle but having been giving a great trade in price for my current car,I was more than happy to proceed with the purchase of my new car.
