Booked vehicle in for a service and MOT easy to do online and pick up when finished, friendly staff and service would recommend

Bought a car end of February. Had a few issues which have now been resolved with persistence. Phoning was a problem never returning my calls was annoying. After about 10days my son phoned and it was sorted. Wrote my experience to Stoneacre head office. Never had an acknowledgement from them . The three staff I dealt with were good . Nevertheless I am so far very pleased with my purchase.

Had several car off of them under different owners currently they are pathetic car has had issues from 1hr after collection, they "fixed" same issue has since happened 10+ time plus 10 others that they will NOT fix. I would not use them again

I have trouble buying a car due to mobility issues which give me problems getting in and out of cars,the staff here were extremely helpful especially James and were very patient whilst I tried several cars all the staff were very friendly and did their best to accommodate me,extremely grateful and happy with the service

Re Reece Chappell Pilgrim Reece was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble when I made enquires and changed my car at Stoneacre in Miry Lane , Wigan. He was thorough and managed to secure my spare key. There were follow ups making sure I was happy with my purchase, assuring me that if there were any issues he would be there to help and advise. Bought a car from here, been back for three very large repairs in two years! The last repair is under a lifetime guarantee which was mis-sold to me so I need to need to pay for additional repairs. Be careful when they sell you extras, they don’t make it clear what you are buying

Bought my car for cash in October 2019. Since then it just costs more and more. Upon purchasing I was told that the garage had sent off the log book, after 3 weeks heard nothing so rang the garage. I was told that they had just rang the DVLA and that it had been done. Waiting another 2 weeks, nothing arrived. Rang DVLA again and spoke to support, they said never received any log book or registered any calls from the garage. I then sorted it out myself. No remote key available for the car, went and got one as the garage only sold the car with a manual key, cost me £145. Car had been MOT'd a couple of weeks before I collected it and passed. Well.............. After 2 new tyres £120 and now a complete collapse of the exhaust, catalytic converter and brackets, I now have to pay another £720 to stay roadworthy. The best bit is in 2017 (Mot Trail) it was noted that the exhaust and brackets need replacing. 2018, passed MOT, 2019 passed MOT? with no comments about the exhaust. Two garages today confirmes that it was still the original exhaust and brackets and NO work or alterations had occured with the exhaust.....hmmmm. Garage salesman was really helpful and I have no fault against him but this car has cost m so much money and only had it 4 months. It was not a cheap car, I just feel that the MOT item stinks.
