I have worked in the service industry for over 38 years. Nathan was excellent from start to finish. He listened to me and my wife, then, took time to show us what he thought would suit me, with my many requests. He took a great deal of time, to show me different cars, hence I purchased a Jeep Compass from him. He kept in touch with me on a regularly basis, until my car was available. I called about a car and arranged a test drive met the sale man Will cox-ward who was very helpful had my test drive then later that week took my wife out there to see the car we both liked it and agreed to to buy it. Will was very helpful all through the sale and the handover.

Avoid like the plague - probably the worst customer service in the world. Won’t pay for damages caused by a faulty vehicle. Carried out an illegal MOT when the tyres were below the legal limit, wrong size brake disks on the vehicle. Fault after fault after fault False promises from a clown of a branch manager for compensation for loss of earnings due to not being able to work. Just a company full of cowboys who don’t care once they’ve had your money. Deleting your comments off their social media only tells you one thing. They know how bad they are As I said avoid!
