Took my daughter for her first real car.what I mean by that normally she has bought cheap second hand cars from private sales. Not worth it. I am over 65 and bought over 15 cars from brand new to nearly new. And stoneacre is by far the best dealership I have dealt with.most garages promise you this that and other,but dont keep there word.we had a budget,and Ella along with her boss,found her the right car on budget.and there was a couple of cars she fancied.but they said no it's not right for you. And yes they was right.Thank you Ella. And stoneacre. I will be going back there in a couple of months to buy my next car

I don't usually write reviews but in this case I am making an exception, this is the first time I have dealt with |Stoneacre Motor Group, Wrexham. Now looking back my wife and I are very glad we did, from start to finish the whole experience was a pleasure Peter Edwards our sales representative was second to none although he was very busy, time was no object he sat us down and over a coffee made sure he knew what we were looking for. We then headed off with Peter with his expertise showing us a wide choice of models, answering all our questions, and believe me we had a lot of them! No high pressure sale's talk his only main goal was to make sure that we got what we needed. We felt like he was on our side when we were negotiating a deal and he helped us get it. The day came for us to pick up our New Car, Peter sent us a video of our Car inside and out announcing that our car is all ready to pick up. Time was arranged and when Julie and I arrived Peter met us offered us a coffee handling all the paperwork went through everything with the Car stating if we had any problems or inquiry's not to hesitate to ring him. Bought an expensive car thry made lots of mistakes on the paperwork then get terse phone calls to correct their blunder not happy at all.

I recently bought a car from Stoneacre Wrexham, dealing with both Christopher and Peter. Christopher dealt with my initial enquiry and with the purchase, and Peter with the documentation on the day of collection. They were both so helpful and friendly, it made a daunting process really easy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stoneacre based on my experience.

Booked my car in for a service , can't really fault these guys . Professional and efficient, Dylan who dealt with us was excellent. The car was ready when they said it would be and had been washed and valeted ( ok it wasn't a show winning valet but came back cleaner than when it went in) Overall a pleasant and stress free experience, keep doing what your doing guys .
