Being a lady of a "certain" age, buying a used car is a stressful experience but not this time. Salesman, RYAN BALMER ,was friendly, answered all my questions and helpful without any pressure. As a result I decided to buy the C3 Picasso there and then. I will . It was a great experience.

I have been a customer of Stoneacres Wrexham for a number of years.I had the pleasure of visiting the showroom today to change my car with the excellent assistance from Chris Williams.He was extremely helpful and took his time giving me details of the transaction.I felt very reassured leaving the showroom with my new car.

Dealt with Ryan at Seat Stoneacre Wrexham - he was very helpful and found several used cars within my budget for me to choose. He helped with the finance details and even got insurance quotes for me which saved me a lot of time. He was very polite and not at all pushy. All in all very happy with the service.

AVOID at all costs! They are dishonest predators who have caused irreparable trauma to an elderly disabled woman. My mum was conned into purchasing a Motability vehicle which was not fit for purpose. She only had 1 stipulation for the vehicle and had to pay a sizeable deposit to ensure the vehicle came with this requirement. During the ordering process my mum's requirement was mentioned and discussed several times; the salesman even looked up the varying models of the vehicle on the system to ensure my mum received the correct model with her stipulated requirements; it came at a cost which my mum was willing to pay as it enabled her to continue with her independence (which is the essence of having a Motability vehicle). On the day of collection all went well until we got the vehicle home and realised it did not have the function my mum required. When this was highlighted with Stoneacre they denied that the requirement was ever discussed and if she wanted the function in a new vehicle she would have to pay another £900 on top of £1000 she had already paid. They did not give us a print out of our purchase when we made the order so we had no evidence to prove we had requested the specific function - it is Stoneacre’s word against my mum's. During one phone conversation the manager actually laughed at my mum telling her the vehicle she got was the one she ordered. After ignoring all correspondence Stoneacre lied to the company designated to fit the electric hoist in the boot of my mum's new vehicle telling them that the vehicle was cancelled and the hoist was no longer needed. They then employed a local company to fit the hoist instead. There is more to this saga and Stoneacre’s lies and deceit but hopefully this berief account will act as a warning to those looking to do business with this dealership.

We rang up to reserve a car today, after driving for a hour to get there we were told it had been sold!!! They offered us the same type of car from somewhere else in the country for £2000 more!! Absolute disgrace and total waste of our time, apparently they couldn’t ring us before we got there as they didn’t take down our phone number! Be very cautious using this garage!!

Only went in to Stoneacre Wrexham to use the toilet ( joke) ,but came out with a brand new c3 air cross .What a great sales person Karen Ccateer is . A Very pleasant lady who's only wish is to find you the right kind of deal that's suits your requirements with no hassle with your perse strings in mind ,always lets you decide what you want not what they want you to buy .Will always recommend any one to call in to Stoneacre Wrexham for a good deal.
