Bought a BMW 330d from this con artist a few years ago, Had it about 14 days and the engine actually blew. Camshaft broke in half so the engine was trashed. Paid 6.5k for the car and it cost another 4K to get it sorted out. When I phoned to see about the warranty I couldn’t get hold of Mr Bailey at all. Instead some snotty woman kept fobbing me off. Never got resolution and I even tried getting legal advice which didn’t help either. Please do not buy a vehicle from this utterly contemptible con artist. The actual purchase date is estimated as it was a fair time ago so I had to put in 2019 when the actual date was probably about 12 years ago. Just came across the traders name and had to post.
Purchased a Vauxhall vivaro £6500 from them with in a month needed a new turbo, shock absorbers ,springs, multiple sensors, laser wheel alignment the list goes on.

We bought a BMW off a chap named Bradley Bailey of Stonebridge Vehicles, drove for 3 weeks and the turbo went. This happened 3 days after a full BMW service where lists of faults were brought to light (Obviously brad had NO idea there was anything suspect with the car). I took the car to the chap who had MOTed it to question how so many faults could arise within the space of a week of MOTing and that they all resemble (exactly) the issues that the car had on a previous MOT. He said it was his job to inspect the car and he felt that none of this issues were worth advising on an MOT. I will give you a moment to catch your breathe. Luckily we had bought a Warranty from Mr Bailey. But wait, the warranty did not cover the turbo and was only to the value of parts and labour for £750. Along with this being 2 days before my wedding, I had Bradley send a recovery truck to collect the car to be fixed. 6 WEEKS LATER! I finally get the car back, after NUMEROUS calls to Brad only to be fobbed off. The engine was in 50 pieces in the boot - on my cream interior I might add. The catalytic converter and filters magically disappeared. I contact Brad to tell him that he has breached his contract of sale and that we want our money back. A further 2 weeks on and I had no money and no car. I had called Brad EVERY day without response. After a month we had mechanics fix the car ourselves. At our own cost. I started my own legal proceedings to recover the money and won the case. Do you think he paid? oh no..... It then went on to have bailiffs attend his house and place of work. His company doesn’t hold any assets so they couldn’t recover from there and he refused them entry to his home 3 times. Then I applied for him to appear for questioning and bring along all his incomes and outgoing statements. He didn’t turn up. He was then served an order to attend a second time. He didn’t turn up. THEN the court ordered that he attend to explain why he wasn’t there the previous 2 times and wait for it…. He didn’t turn up. A warrant for his arrest and committal to prison for 7 days was issued before Christmas.I have spoken to the county court at Coventry this morning who have said that the warrant officer DID NOT ARREST HIM!!! And that they spoke to Brad and told him the he MUST go to court on 10 March at 11am otherwise the warrant will be reissued. I will be going to the court house then. I am SO ANGRY that i havent been told about ANY of this If Bradley Beiley still owes you money then please get in contact. laura_watkins86@yahoo.com I will gladly share what info I have got on the guy and help where I can. He owes me over £4000 and I WANT MY MONEY!!!
Booked to view a BMW that was for sale at Stonebridge Vehicles at midday Sunday. We drove a 56 mile round trip to see it having had it described as immaculate and no major body issues.Got there at 12 and owner was not present as booked and business was locked up with a sign asking customers to call another mobile number as they were only gone out for 10 mins. We waited 15 mins and no reply or person came. Another customer had booked a viewing and was also let down and clearly unhappy having their time wasted and had been there longer than us. The Car was parked outside and was clearly not as described with multiple scratches and dents and more miles than was advertised at. Steer clear of this used car dealer, he wastes your time and cars are of a low quality judging from what I saw.
Stonebridge Vehicles Ltd sold us a dangerous car and would not refund money even though we was entitled to a refund. They were very rude people and in my opinion they should not be in the car industry as they sell cars not fit for purpose. Please avoid Stonebridge Vehicles Ltd at all costs.
Brad Bailey is the man I dealt with at Stonebridge Vehicles Ltd. After selling me a car which was not as described - which may or may not have been their fault - I politely requested a refund, but he made it extremely difficult for me. To make matters worse, after finally 'issuing' the refund, I never received it. Every phone call was either ignored or I was told 'I'm currently busy, call me later'. It was stressful, time consuming and an awful experience. Managed to get the money back via my bank. Reported to trading standards. Save yourself the trouble, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

What a joke this guy is, never answers the telephone. Rang him to arrange an appointment during his published opening hours "yeah shouldn't be a problem , see you then" drive for 2 hours to get there and find 4 other people waiting for him outside a closed dealership. Tried to ring but all calls diverted straight to answer phone... What a waste of space, all the reviews when you Google Stonebridge are true. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but what a waste of time. Trading standards need to investigate, because subsequently discovered he his on FCA BLACK LIST OF DO NOT DEAL WITH
Very professional service throughout, Brad was not pushy to make a sale, me and my wife were able to look around the car in our time. Fast purchase all done within half an hour of saying yes! No issues with our Volvo we have recommended neighbours already, we will be using Brad in the long run.
