I'm absolutely disgusted in the way we have been treated after our car been taken in for repair... we are left we a car they have lent us which we can not use as it's 5 seater a d we have got 4 children and 2adults after put us on to Euro car which took our money then rang back to say they have not got a car big enough spoken to head office with no joy...they are quick enough taking your money when you buying a car but after car is unbeliever able last time we use this company

pleasant experience at this garage. The staff were extremely helpful throughout my purchase and not once did I feel pressured as I have when buying from other garages over the years. I felt very relaxed.

Arrived at Stourbridge Autos to test drive a car after letting the owner know we were on our way . Arrived to test drive to be told that someone was looking around it so no we couldn't test drive it. His attitude was awful. Barely looked up from his computer and no apologies ,explanation or solution at all. My husband wanted us to look around another car there but I honestly didn't not want to spend our hard earned cash there.

Daughter brought Hyundai i30 from Stourbridge Autos, picked it up after they corrected a few issues we noted when purchasing. Had to go back for an air con issue that was within their 3 month warranty, no hesitation in doing the work required, you don't get that very often. Really pleased with their handling of everything and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a car from them.
Everything went really well when I bought my Ford Fiesta from Stourbridge Autos! All of The staff were helpful and friendly and the car was in perfect condition and a very reasonable price. I have had no issues with the car at all and I would definitely recommend Stourbridge Autos to anyone.

I purchased my Nissan Juke from here in September last year. I have had a few issues with it filter and it's and to go back a few times but it's all sorted now. The car was clean and in good condition when I received it and it's okay value for money.

I bought a Corsa back in August. The car was clean and in good condition but was not sold with a spare wheel. The staff were all friendly and helpful and up to now I have had no issues with the car at all. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and familly
