Travelled 150 miles to purchase car based on web pics and telephone conversation - Car was as per pictures -it had a gasket missing under the bumper which was letting in water to the void under boot - Garage removed the bumper and sealed the space while I waited - Had trouble when I got home - drive shaft failed - it was fixed on 3 month warranty at no charge to me and I could choose a local garage to fix it. I would recommend this garage
The car look a little different than the pictures. not quite fit 100%, but too far away or discouraged me to put in a complaint. Plus the car was all prepared and handling of fields reconciles took the rest of the trip and left. Unfortunately, the zero fuel, fuel station near hurray.
I bought a Vauxhall Corsa from this dealership in may. I am really happy with the service and the vehicle was in excellent condition. I would fully recommend this dealership they are nice people and are happy to help in any way.

I purchased a car from this place yesterday and the car was exactly as I seem it in photos on internet , actually was impeccable , I wanted to drive away straight away as been seriously let down by another garage for two weeks. Wasn't a problem for this man to sort it for me . He even changed one of tyres that I wasn't happy about all in the price . AA for 12 months and 3 months warranty , more than happy with this garage .. I had to travel an he to get there but that was my choice and so glad that I did ! Thanks to this man and his team I have a fantastic car that has cheered me up severely ! Thanks again
I would not trust this salesman. Vehicle not as described it didn't say in listing vehicle is unsecure which is a problem for insurance purposes, drivers seat torn and general condition inside vehicle was dirty and in poor condition not as shown in pics. Poor salesmanship didn't appear to want to know when I pointed faults to him and he does not answer my questions. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent service at Stourbridge Autos. I have had 4 cars from this dealer now over the years and always had excellent service from the minute your on the forecourt to when you pick up and drive away a new car. The service from the team is 10 out of 10.
I can't recommend Stourbridge Autos enough, the staff were fantastic and the sales manager has called me numerous times since to check and make sure the car is running well. It's an ex motability car and I love it, it looks like new, they MOT'd it and serviced it and the valet is one of the best I've ever seen, they even filled it with petrol before I drove away. I can't praise them enough they're always looking to go the extra mile.

Wish they filled mine with petrol, it was basically empty when I got mine!
Everything at Stourbridge Autos was fine and yes I would recommend them. The only thing I would say is that they hadn't done was to valet the car before I picked it up, but apart from that the sales, the paperwork and everything else was good and the car itself has been great in the 4 months that I have now owned it.
