Andy has great communication. I purchased a Ford Connect towards the end of January. The DPF needs to be cleaned out, which is common with these vans. I live in Yorkshire, so it's a good distance from Stow Car Company, credit to Andy, he told me to take it to a garage near me and he will cover the cost. It was a good transaction, and I can't complain whatsoever.

Stow Car Company is the best dealer. I'm happy with the Ford Tourneo, it has been smashing. I took it back to get a few problems resolved, they did that straight away, and they helped me on the day

I can't fault the dealership whatsoever. I did have a few issues with the van, he got all of them sorted, and the service was great. I used to work in the trade, and considering everything I know, I would give it 5 stars simply because he is not your typical salesman. He could have got £45,000 out of me, yet he advised me to get a different vehicle that he thinks will better suit my needs.

I took the Vauxhall Vivaro back shortly after purchase, as the previous owner had deleted the AdBlue system. With that being said, the guy at Stow Car Company was a nice, friendly guy and very responsive throughout the situation. If I saw a van advertised that I wanted, I would not hesitate to buy from them again, so even with the circumstance, I'd still give them a good 4 star rating.
