A great service from Andy and Mark at Stow car dealers at Chelmsford, always there to help when you needed anything, even going the extra mile and answering the phone out of hours to help with any questions I had, this was extremely helpful and I didn't expect the phone to be answered outside of the opening hours! You can certainly tell that they want to make sure that all of their customers are happy and left satisfied by the whole experience. So pleased to have chosen this dealer to buy my Vauxhall from, I am well chuffed with it.

I was not able to visit Stow Car Company to see the car due to health reasons. Andy provided me with a very detailed video of the Porsche I was interested in and I must say he went out of his way trying to find any blemishes or marks that I should be made aware of. On the strength of the video I left a deposit and was reassured that if the car was not as described once I'd seen it, the deposit would be fully refunded. Fast forward 5 days to when I was able to collect the car. The car was in exceptional condition and exceeded all my expectations! It was very clear that Andy was being over fussy in the video as I wasn't even able to find the 1 tiny stone chip he mentioned. I was given the keys and left alone to go right over the car without any sales pressure. The paperwork was dealt with swiftly and I was given a full overview of the controls on my beautiful Porsche. A very happy customer who will be recommending Stow Car Company to everyone.

Purchased my Maserati from Stow, and can very happily recommend them. The car is as described. the service was good, the people are decent to deal with. I travelled a little way to see the car, and was ultimately spending a pretty decent money. The salesmen dealt with everything professionally from start to finish. Absolutely amazing service from beginning to end at Stow Car Company, I saw the car advertised online so I rang them to talk about it, I spoke to Andy who was happy to give me all the information and answer any queries I had. I wasn't pushed or pressured. Andy was professional yet friendly. I am over the moon with the service provided by Stow Car Company. When I went to collect my Mini convertible it was clean, all the paper work was ready, all the questions I had were answered. I asked if my husband could take it for a test drive as well as me and Andy was happy for him to do this, there was no limit on the time of the test drive and no pressure put on us to buy the car afterwards. I had a slight issue with the breakdown cover with the AA and the code that was given to me did not work but as soon as I brought this to Andy's attention he sorted this out for me immediately. I can't fault the company at all.

My Audi A6 is lovely. Andy and Mark at Stow Car Company Ltd were both brilliant, I dealt with Mark to start with and then Andy took over, they have both been brilliant. I had a lovely chat with Andy over a nice cup of coffee. I am in the game myself and work for Mercedes and Nissan so know how hard it can be to juggle everything, but they had the whole show running like clockwork, everything went so smoothly from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone!

The level of service I had from Andy at Stow before buying the car and after buying the car has been spot on. It was even down to the case that I had to travel 200 miles to get to the dealership because I live in Cheshire. I travelled by train to get there and he even offered to come and pick me up from the train station to take me to garage where the car was. The efforts that they go to to help their customers is spot on. Andy is as fair as they come and he is a really nice bloke. I will approach Andy again when the time comes to buy a new car.
