They were transparent, very helpful, very informative and they made themselves available even after the vehicle was sold to me. I'm over the moon with my Range Rover it is an amazing vehicle, it is comfortable and drives very smoothly.

I'm overjoyed with my Vauxhall, it did cost me a lot of money that is the only thing I can grumble about but you pay for quality at the end of the day don't you and that has certainly being the case up to now. Andy was fab to deal with and he did not come across pushy in any way shape or form. I traveled from Milton Keynes to Chelmsford to buy the car and it was definitely worth the travel coming to Stow Car Company. 😉

Stow Car Company Ltd are brilliant., they have helped me in every way possible, Andy was lovely and I received 1000% customer service from him. He will go the extra mile to get the job done and he is an honest person, he is one of the best salesperson I have met, not like any other car dealers. He kept to his word and what they have is more than just a business.

We are so made up with our BMW, it is by far the best car we have ever purchased and it drives like a dream. Picked up a E class estate last week after looking for this exact spec for over 3 months. Felt the whole process was handled very well. I used an external finance company which was no problem for Stow Car Company. They picked me up from the train station, I was in and out in 15 minutes once I’d given the car a once over and it was in even better condition than expected. They did little things that dealers wouldn’t usually do, new wipers, new fob batteries. Things they probably don’t need to do but makes all the difference

I have to give 5 out of 5, I'd give more stars if I could! I bought a Jeep Renegade from Andy in November and I absolutely love the car! I had a Mini Countryman before-hand so the difference in the cars is huge, it took a little while to transition, but I'm totally over the moon with it. Its really nice to drive, and great been higher up on the roads in a car I feel is safe and robust. Andy was great, he answered any questions I had and was happy to run through everything with me in fine detail, he honestly couldn't have been any more helpful. I highly recommend this dealership and would gladly revisit when/if I want to change my Jeep!

Firstly, the only reason I gave 4 stars is because I don't believe in giving 5 stars, however, the experience at Stow was exceptional. I am very pleased with the Jag F Pace and although I have only driven the car a handful of times so far, what I have experienced of it, I've really enjoyed. The customer service received was top drawer, really spot on from the very first contact. I dealt with Andy mainly, who was attentive, honest and willing to go the extra mile.

Cuffed to bits with my X4, a lovely motor and in tip top condition. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stow Car Company.
