If I could rate them 0 stars, I would—they didn’t even deserve a star. So disconnected and unprofessional. We paid to secure the car a week ago and informed them of all the details. We thought everything was fine. After three days with no updates, we had to chase them down. About a week passed, giving them ample time to sort everything out, as we wanted to ensure everything was okay before committing to a three-hour trip to buy the car. They made all sorts of promises but didn’t follow through, and our order was mishandled with no one knowing what was going on. We had to keep chasing them for updates, as no one ever called us back. We even took two days off work to sort the car. They showed no respect for our time and didn’t care about our situation. The whole experience made us feel like we were at fault rather than valued customers. To top it off, when we finally saw the car, the Mercedes logo at the front was cracked—something they were supposed to check before collection. We called them, and again, nobody had a clue. The incompetence and lack of care at this dealership are unbelievable. We were treated terribly, and the service was far below what you’d expect from Mercedes. Avoid this place at all costs.
Called Mercedes Stratford Upon Avon in Nov 2023 to book safety recall work for a drivers airbag replacement notified by Mercedes HQTs. Earliest appointment available was in 2 months time ie Jan 2024. One working day before appointment Mercedes at Stratford called to cancel the work as they had “forgotten” to order the part and it would take a further two weeks to obtain it. After complaining and threatening to elevate the matter given it was a safety issue they reversed the cancellation and reinstated the original appointment. Waited 1.5 hours when notification said it would only take 1 hr. However car was indeed ready (sitting in the returns area) after 1 hour. Took a further 30 mis to obtain the key after three requests. 1 day later discovered the car had mysteriously developed an oil leak!
My car was seen by MB more than five weeks ago and promised to contact me about a couple of warranty issues within a fortnight, well, after four phone calls and messages left, not one acknowledgment, or a call back. My last call was yesterday and I suggested I take it elsewhere, it was supposed to be treated as an urgent complaint. I am still waiting! Disgusting and rude attitude, I shall never use them again and I am taking it to Syntner, Northampton, where I know I will get a good service. DO NOT USE INCHCAPE Stratford upon Avon, You have been warned!

I traded in my current vehicle to buy a new Mercedes saloon car. Throughout the process, service has been highly responsive, and Gary Holtom, not only thoroughly explained the operation and technical aids on the new car, but his subsequent follow-up has been impeccable. He, and his colleagues, are prepared to “go the extra mile.”
Returned to "fix" the oil leak, instead as per quoted price was offered diagnostic video which mainly talked about tyre wear! the mechanic couldn't even get words out of his mouth and wasted time on trivial instead of critical things. Also wanted to adjust the steering Dab airbag which was recently done under warranty and the "ok" button on the new one doesn't work as it should, was talk warranty team will get back to me about confirmation of another replacement but nothing, I've been to this dealership twice and wasted enough time fuel and money but been nothing short of extremely disappointed everytime without a miss!
What an awful place. First morning they are open after lockdown, we were looking at options for a new car for my husband. The entire team on the floor were not in the least interested. Lots of staff, not one of them acknowledged our presence or offered any assistance. No change since our last visit in 2004! Would NOT RECOMMEND - Not a good experience, will never go back and will tell our friends not to bother too.
