Mercedes Bradford are full of lies

Bought a car from Mercedes Bradford after being told it would be ready within the next couple of days. Paid in full for the vehicle however the delivery date was changed 3 times because the car wasn’t ready. They have turned what was meant to be an amazing experience into a living hell. I’ve suffered with my mental health so much since dealing with them. Their communication is shocking, the receptionists are hideous and the salesmen have no clue what they are selling. They need new management.

Booked my car in for its first MOT. It was all agreed for Mercedes Bradford to come collect the vehicle from my home which they did and I received a call later that day telling me that the man that was due to do the MOT has gone home and they can’t confirm a exact day when the MOT will be carried out. Anyway eventually the MOT took place and that’s when the shocking news arrived... firstly my bulb was out on the wing mirror ... ok I accept that , then to be told my brake pads AND disks are completely worn out and the cost of the work is £800 plus !! Obviously I told them to return my car without doing any of the work. My car is 3 years old only driven as a second car on a weekend. I then took it to another garage for them to confirm that nothing is wrong with my brake pads or disks .... I will never be going back to Merc Bradford Thornton road again, what a set of robbing people. Stay away from them

We were sold a supposedly Mercedes Approved Used car that when we got the vehicle back to London the following morning realised that despite all their polishing and waxing to try to hide it, there was a major flaw in the paintwork all down one side, we had it professionally tested and were told that a very poor and insufficient repair had been done and Stratstone Bradford gave the old Sold as Seen. Court papers are being prepared.

Was told by a lady on the sales team at Mercedes Bradford that a deposit would hold up for a week and was later told it only lasted 5 days. They said if you wanted to come visit next weekend the deposit could be put on tuesday but they could put a note on the system if another person was interested in buying it and they would get back to me. They got back the next day to say that the car was sold. Would never use this dealership. I have had family and friends who have bought from stratstone and say they are an absolute shambles.

Reece took us for a test drive and was very informative. We had been waiting for a while and felt ignored so were about to leave but Mercedes Bradford were saved by the appearance of Reece who was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we test drove and friendly. In fact when we do another test drive later in the week I would only want Reece to accompany us. An asset to the company.

Had an appointment yesterday for a recall on my car. Elliot was a breath of fresh air ...what a polite, pleasant knowledgeable young man!! Another assistant spoke to me initially, but I did not get his name _ he was also very pleasant and professional!! Thank you to Mercedes Bradford!!

We visited Mercedes in Bradford for a test drive today as we are changing our current car in the near future. Very impressed with Reece. Really friendly and polite. Knew everything about the A220 that my husband test drove. Told us everything we wanted to know about the specification of the car. Will definitely be going back soon!

AS I WALKED INTO THE MERCEDES BRADFORD DEALERSHIP I WAS APPROACHED AFTER HOVERING AROUND FOR AT LEAST 10 MINUTES BY A YOUNG LADY WHO I BELIEVE WAS NUSRAT. I INITIALLY CAME FOR A TEST DRIVE ON AN E-CLASS ESTATE, SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO BRING THE CAR AROUND BUT AS I WAS GOING TO GRAB MYSELF A DRINK I SAW HER CHATTING AWAY FOR AT LEAST 5 MINUTES. NO ONE OFFERED ME A DRINK. WOULD NEVER GO TO BRADFORD MERCEDES AGAIN!!!

Visited Mercedes of Bradford twice. Once in Feb and today- 5/3/18. Was kept waiting on both occasions over 15/20mins. Walked in previously and no one approached to offer any help despite sales staff standing around and chatting. Not a brand and make i would now ever associate with due to the poor service. The ladies on the front desk looked embarrassed and tried to help but there was little they could do with a very selective and lazy sales team.
