Good price for my trade in car , Salesman at Stratstone Mini in Chesterfield (Sam) guided me through the process answered all my questions thoroughly so I understood , very knowledgeable . The day I came to pick up my vehicle it looked stunning inside and out , it exceeded my expectations, well done the valeting team. The hand over was dealt with by Bethany again very professional and friendly she took care of the remaining paperwork, I will be back at Stratstone Mini Chesterfield again for servicing

Turned up at Stratstone Mini in Chesterfield to arrange a service look at used cars. Left at service desk for 20 mins no one came to speak to me. Will not be using this garage ever. Truly terrible service,
We purchased a Mini cooper graphite about 2 years ago. We were sold this car on the basis that it had 1 previous owner as told by the salesman. I unfortunately took his word and never checked the V5 form when it came through believing the history that was given to us. I have now sold the car and it has 4 previous owners before me. I have now lost over 1K on this car because of previous ownerships. I shall never recommend Stratstone Mini to chesterfield to anyone and be more frugal in the future.
