Had my 435d serviced here in April. 4 months later my oil minimum light has come on and they want me to wait a week to get it topped up. Well stuff you stratstone iv got to sytner in leicester who have chucked me a litre of oil just to show how sloppy you are. You have lost our custom and sytner have gained for a litre of oil very very sloppy operatio. And no customer service good will at all recommend you avoid this particular dealership the reviews say it all here

My car was booked in for a badge replacement for which I was quoted £50, I arrived just after 10.30 and advised them that I would need to leave by 3. As it's just a badge replacement I assumed it should take no longer than an hour or 2. At 3pm, I went over to reception as could see my car on the front who then called over the sales assistant (Marley I think his name was) to be told they cannot replace the badge, due to something being snapped off and I will need a whole new front bumper!! Shocking! Firstly who in their right mind would pay £100s for a new bumper when the badge is just stuck on with glue. Secondly I was left waiting all day when Marley could have given me that information much earlier on. I will be taking my business to Sytner in future.

This was my first experience with the dealership in Derby as I purchased my vehicle last March from another Stratstone dealership in Leeds and I felt I had to give a review as the young man (Omar Lindo) who I had contact with both at booking in for some investigation and at collection was absolutely brilliant. His customer interaction was second to none, had time for me, explained everything in detail, set up the My BMW APP, and at departure sat in my vehicle to explain some features that I was unaware of / required more information on. Omar is a credit to Stratstone’s team and would have no hesitation in requesting his help and assistance in the future! Please pass my review on to Omar.

Went there to repair my car, took them 14 days to solve small problem, they left me 14 days without my car. Went there in person 5 times, emailed them 10 times and called them 10 times, still they ignored me. Just a shocking experience
i brought BMW 840 I didnt like it returned it i've been waiting for my deposit £4500 back for the last 10weeks every week different excuse better to go else where

I found the car I wanted online, so Stratstone weren’t my local dealer which meant doing all the negotiations etc either by phone or e mail. Nevertheless Matt Shevloff my salesman made the process so easy it was as though I was there. If I had any queries he was always straight back with a call or a mail. My trade in was also done remotely and I was given a fair price based on my description of the vehicle. When I arrived to collect the car it was presented in a grand way with a cover which I pulled off to reveal it in all its splendour. I would certainly buy from Stratstone again and intend to keep in contact with Matt from time to time because I think we struck up a good rapport which is unusual given the negative press car dealers often get.

Absolutely awful experience with this branch. A whole catalogue of issues when I purchased my vehicle. They did not handle my complaint properly at all. Issues included a new dent appeared on the car on the day of collection, a wasted trip from Essex to Derby thereafter, as well an incorrect invoice which they never rectified. Took me months to get any response at all. Try calling them is a joke. Robert Hamilton - Head of Business was utterly useless. Arrogant and rude. Avoid buying from here!!!! I have since dealt with another branch and told them about my shocking experience at the Derby store. They were not surprised!

Terrible response from stratstone in Derby Excuses made!! Been in there for over 3 weeks and was promised return of my motability vehicle today Friday to my home address Never happened!! Rang motability operations and they don't care either. Total failure by both stratstone and motability operations I'm now going to lodge an official complaint to both motability operations and stratstone derby for serious failings. I will be seeking compensation from both stratstone and motability operations for undue stress caused to me today~~friday 17th February (my birthday)2023.
Collected my brand new 128ti from Chris Langham yesterday. Just wanted to say thank you for a friendly, welcoming and professional service. Nothing was to much trouble, Chris ensured that the car was set up correctly before I drove off. Thank you once again.
They registered my car to the wrong address, 50 phone calls over nearly 12 months later, several complaints raised, an on-site visit (which is about 150 miles each way) and numerous emails and they STILL haven't sorted it despite every time I talk to them they say they will. "sort it today". My advice - go anywhere else. I've actually been put off BMWs thanks to this
