One of the best experience of purchasing a new car , straight forward and efficient. The collection of the car was an overwhelming event and will always be remembered as an outstanding event. Just like to say that Alan went beyond all expectations throughout the whole process , the deal and the collection of the my new car I can truly say that it was an honour meet and deal with such a caring gentleman.

After the initial botch up of a car they sold me, I was forced to open up a case against these dodgy car traders. They then sorted some bits out and promised me further things, I have been ignored ever since. Avoid these guys at all costs - use any other dealer group, from my personal experience Sytner are great for BMW.
Scammers! I will stay clear of this franchise. BMW Derby Stratsone duped me and sold us a car online during the pandemic with dents and unwilling to resolve because it’s 5yrs. They're totally out of BMW UK control and they can do what they like for their business. Aftercare is awful and they don’t care.

Trying to get a PCP sorted and they are beyond useless. From 10k being mistakenly taken from a bank account to staff not knowing what to do to process documentation. Plus the sales men are beyond useless!!
