Never call you back, except if there trying to upsell, was told my 5 months old Bosch wiper blades are worn which are perfectly fine, also brake pads and discs need replaced, which don’t and other work that would fail an MOT, considering it passed MOT with no advisory’s only last week, just shocking, when I mentioned about the MOT I was asked do you just want the wipers replaced!! Then the wrong mileage was recorded in service history adding 15k!! Also tyre pressure which was perfect is now over inflated in all tyres and uneven on each side, not the experience I expect from Mercedes, can’t be trusted, for a £403 service it’s a disgrace!

Just collected my fifth Mercedes, and fourth from Mercedes Hamilton. As always, first class service from start to finish. I was looked after by Kieran Higgins, whose professionalism and helpfulness was excellent. He walked us through the whole process which makes the whole buying process very much easier. Fantastic flawless experience made so by an experienced sales advisor. Picked up my new car my first Mercedes car and love it. Everything from trading in my old car to collecting my new car was a pure joy.

I am appalled at the level of service I’ve received from this garage, in fact lack of service if I’m honest. No return phone calls, no cars to test drive, no communication, despite follow up calls and actually visiting the store personally. For a luxury brand of car, my impression is that the product consultants fall far short of any kind of decent level of empathy, interest or engagement with the customer. Won’t be back and won’t recommend. Save yourself any hassle and go elsewhere.

bought a car from this dealer after having constant issues with a previous mercedes i wanted to buy directly from the branch for a little more peace of mind in hopes i didn’t regret buying another - the car i picked up had issues from the day of collection, not even picky issues, coolant leaks and mechanical parts not working. I paid 3 grand over what the equivalent car with the same spec and mileage was priced on arnold clark which also annoyed me as the dealer wouldn’t lower the price by a penny despite me being a cash buyer and ready to buy the car then and there, the service from such a prestigious brand also came off worse than what i’ve ever got from arnold clark, the branch has picked and chosen which faults they want to fix on the car and had given multiple excuses that were frankly a load of rubbish. They took a look at me and my age n must have thought i was a complete idiot with me being young and would believe anything they told me which wasn’t and still isn’t the case. long story short i’ve not had a good experience and now stuck with a car i don’t really want anymore as nice as it is, the excitement is completely gone, my experience has been ruined, also left with a car that i’ve paid 3K more than what i could have got it for which still isn’t in a full 100% working state with things like the boot springs still not working (which they rufused to fix) - can’t help but feel a little robbed and exhausted with the lack of professionalism and to the frank feel like they’ve just took the mick out of me. There were some good points however, they did paint the wheels, mirrors and boot lip black for a sportier look and we’re pleasant staff up until the moment of purchase - afterwards however they don’t seem to care now they have the sale.

This was my initial email to the salesman at Hamilton- no response at all. I then wrote a much longer letter to the dealer principal about ten days again- again not a word, no response at all. I have now had the majority of the needed work done at Mercedes, Carlisle under warranty and they were absolutely top notch in their professionalism and service. It seems once they have your money all further interest in you ceases. Best avoided!! "Simon, good afternoon. You may recall the Mercedes E220 I bought from you reflecting on the day of handover 13,942 miles. I traded in a red Honda Civic. Since then and to some extent due to lockdown it has not covered even 3000 miles. In short, virtually the identical condition as when I collected it., It also lives in a heated fully enclosed garage attached to my house and has seldom even been out in the rain let alone any other form of hard use. I took out a service plan shortly after taking delivery and very recently- in fact last Thursday the 9th instant- I went to Mercedes, Carlisle (being closest to me) for the indicated B class service which again for reasons of travel restriction was about 43 days overdue. This was not a major factor as it wasn’t being used anyway. Please see the video below and the several very alarming findings located on the underside of the car. I make no issue of the tyre situation- these things happen due to the state of the roads and are beyond anyone’s control. The items highlighted have shaken my confidence in the car and the perishing and other faults including the wheel bearing problem must have existed when I took delivery.
