I have just visited Stratstone Land Rover in Hanley having done my research and was after final details on size specifications etc. Having spent the best part of 20 minutes in the showroom and getting in and out of various cars at no point was I even acknowledged or spoken to. There were no other customers in the showroom just myself a receptionist who did not acknowledge my entrance or exit and 3 sales staff who never bothered at all. If this is the front end of the business I can only presume if I were to purchase a car from this establishment and have any issues the after service would be equally uninspiring. Needless to say I will now take my business elsewhere and I am extremely disappointed that in this day and age customers can still experience such shoddy service. Well done Stratstone.
