My vehicle was delivered to Mercedes of Huddersfield after selling it via Motorway and was delivered by a 3rd party logistics company. What a big mistake that was. I received a phonecall about my E 350 coupe saying they were not proceeding with the sale due to a repair that I was unaware of . I travelled from the Midlands to Huddersfield to collect the vehicle and to my shock the front bumper had been damaged and paintwork was scratched down to the plastic. David the Sales Manager said the damage was there when they received the vehicle and didn't give a damm and couldn't get away quick enough. Upon my return home and further inspection there was alot more damage than first thought. I received photos from the logistics company when the vehicle left my property and delivered to Huddersfield and the damage to my bumper wasn't there. Dodgy David denied any accountability for the damage done at their dealership and tried to blame myself for making the damage worse which is quite sad and pathetic. Keep away from this Dealership unless you want a bitter taste in your mouth. Thanks for all your help Dodgy Dave don't think you can take people for fools I'll be posting this bad review on as many review sites as I can all the very best from Jamie.

I was greeted by a very polite lady on reception desk only too willing to help . Dan was introduced and his knowledge of Mercedes cars was invaluable. After the deal was struck I had the financial side of the purchase explained, and the aftermarket products they offer. Being without a car I got a lift, too and from home twice by two very nice gentleman. Thankyou. A young man from parts was very helpful on some after sales purchased. Thankyou Dan made the experience stress free and enjoyable. Mercedes Huddersfield gets a 10 out of 10 from me

No answer to the phone, service is terrible and nothing close to what you’d expect from Mercedes. Had a really bad experience to then find you can’t even complain to the Ombudsman for these guys - says it all really! Manager doesn’t give a damn and due to his attitude the rest of the staff are careless, unprofessional and rude.

Engine warning light has come on on my 6 month old Mercedes so it needs checking out. Phoned Huddersfield Servicing 6 times - phone just rings and rings, not engaged just ringing. Phoned Sales who did answer the phone - said they would pass on my details to Servicing, guess what no call back. Mercedes Leeds answer their phone, explained amber and red engine warning light and booked me in for a diagnostic appointment

I Just wanted to share my absolute disgraceful experience at the dealership where I was left completely shocked and stunned by how I was treated. I have purchased a new Mercedes GLE from the dealership which as you know is quite an expensive vehicle and I have paid this car expecting a showroom finish and to be delighted with my purchase, but this went completely sideways. I had arrived there and had to find the car myself without anyone helping me, the advisor that sold me the vehicle decided not to come in. the car was not prepped, I was told it was valeted and this was from even being clean or washed let alone being valeted. It was completely dirty inside, filthy, and the gentlemen had asked me if I wanted the car cleaned but this should have already been done on my arrival. The vehicle required 2 rear tyres which I was uniformed about and then they are expecting me to pay for them and came up with the excuse of them being road legal which was appalling to hear as I am spending that much money and the thought of paying for tyres makes me completely dumfounded. The car had stone chips all over the bonnet and bumper where they needed to be repainted. I had to ask several times to test drive the car to make sure everything was okay, but they didn’t even let me drive it and used the excuse of there not being anyone I could go on a test drive with, when I have purchased the car why am I not allowed to drive it. They did not show me the paperwork for the car which I had requested. I had dealt with about 5 employees where they were running around like headless chickens not knowing where the logbook is or even the service paperwork. They even refused to show the HPI on the car which is important when purchasing a car but was not even able to see this. I did not know I was at a car boot sale rather than a Mercedes Dealership. Even the manager spoke to me so rudely saying what’s up as if I’m a 5-year-old kid who himself kept insuring me the car was 1 previous owner and when I checked the logbook it was 4 owners. No one had the audacity to apologise to me after I was treated with disgusting behaviour from the board, and I hope no one purchases a car from here and don’t wish this customer experience on any person that walks into their showroom. I would suggest staying away from this place. Having taken possession of the car, the discs and pads are juddering all over the place which I am not happy about as It is affecting how the vehicle drives and is very unsafe to sell the car like this.

s350 delivered with many faults, aircon faulty, low oil, low add blue, hosee fell of bottom pipe, faulty fitted clip, broke down, rattling door , air noise around seal, taken 6 mths get sorted by a proper mercedes dealership,,,avoid the motor ombudsman tell me they are not affiliated or even joined the trouble shooter,,,avoid we cant all be wrong, worst merc ive had in 30yrs,
Brilliant professional service from start to finish. Definitely the best dealership I have dealt with. Oliver was exceptionally good at sorting me my used car and part ex.
This branch is full of dodgy people & cars. These people are scammers and are selling me faulty cars that they have assured me are perfectly fine. I bought a Mercedes E-class 67 plate that within 8 months the car has broken down. Even though the car was under full warranty they still tried to make me pay a fine to fix it, when trying to contact them I still haven’t received any responses from them. It is shameful for such a company like Mercedes-Benz to have dealers like this. I am incredibly disappointed.

Poor service, sold us vehicle with minimum brake pads and discs corroded, promised us vehicle checked, week later brake light showed and refused to change corroded discs
