Paid £250 deposit arrived to be told no as door mirror missing 110 mile round trip wasted. Car had dents on drivers sill and ripped door card. Not inspected yet said Allan. Poor all round, waiting fingers x for refund. Avoid.
I have recently purchased an E class coupe from Mercedes, Huddersfield. In these difficult times, exacerbated with me living on the south coast , the service I received was exceptional. sales manager Josh Inneson dealt with the sale in a professional, efficient way answering my concerns and questions in a knowledgeable and timely manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Huddersfield Mercedes for the purchase of your new or used car.

The original sales man Paul was down to earth and helpful unlike 90%of the other staff My first Mercedes I was expecting good customer service ... The service is about £350 a year which I think is very steep but I knew about this from the start .. what I didn’t expect was a poor job done the first one my coolent lid was left off which got lodged my engine luckily I spotted it while filling the windscreen wash up ... I rang and told them they didn’t seen that surprised ... and then mg next one they didn’t put the dip stick for the oil back in properly and hadn’t topped the oil up .... when I rang again they said they would get back to me ... well I’m still waiting ....this was my first Mercedes and definitely my last ...

Went to buy big ticket item from Mercedes Huddersfield. There was very little response from anyone on floor. I asked receptionist if I can speak to anyone. She said someone will come in 10-15 minutes. Someone did come after 15 minutes and said he would send someone else. It was very painful to discuss with salesman who was young and rude. He promised me many things to add like Supaguard , home delivery etc and we agreed deal at the end. Dealer charged £100 for home delivery and refused to put Supaguard. He demanded £499 for it I told him I am not going ahead with purchase despite paying 30% deposit. He panicked and agreed to add few bits. I still have to pay for delivery. Whole experience was not really nice. Car was delivered dirty with all alloys were dirty. It was sunny day so no excuses from this dealer owned by Stratsone. Avoid

I was promised the car would be in Huddersfield by 29th March at the very latest and it is now 1st April. The purchasing was superfast but I have waited over two weeks for the car to be delivered from Wales and I have already wasted several days on insurance policy. Bit disappointed really.
I have just read these reviews about Mercedes Of Huddersfield and I am utterly speachless. From day 1 i have received nothing but great service from ‘Stuart’ and the team, having discussions with Craig to the handover with ‘Adam’ ans many more. I cannot knock the service. I was made to feel welcomed, great discussions about my options and affordability, updated, informed. Clearly great customer service and impeccable aftercare. Great work all. Keep it up! You’re all an honour the that company

I had a reasonable service pre purchase from Mercedes Huddersfield but post purchase service has been disastrous. I have called up to 6 times to speak to a particular sales rep about an enquiry, left messages to be contacted with still no luck. The phone was even dropped on me the last time. I will not be calling again but just need to make a formal complaint now.
I've spent the best part of my day calling Stratstone Huddersfield to enquire about purchasing a C220d AMG Line Coupe available on their website. 8 calls in total during the day and majority time of call waiting for an answer via main number was 18 mins. Once through and requesting used sales department, another 12 mins. Finally able to speak with a sales adviser and registered my enquiry, I was told mileage on car wasn't accurate and that their website should be updated monthly in respect to a current cars details, but it isn't! Having bought many cars throughout my life, MB, Audi & BMW and indeed having a career in the automotive industry where customer service is paramount as we all have a choice, I can honestly say "I have never experienced such a challenge in reaching out to a dealership wanting to spend money with them". MB is a great product and normally sells on brand and image alone, however, in today's environment where the customer seeks more from it's potential dealership, it is all the service around it that make the customer choose MB or choose to go else where. Still awaiting spare key and warranty, the worst car dealer that I have ever used, I have the proof on email and I am taking this further, WOULD NOT use this car dealer!
