Bought 2 new cars at the same time one each for me and my partner. The service centre is the worst I've ever encountered in my life. My car was covered in scratches on collection. Obvious damage that had passed the PDI. Had to return the car 10 minutes after collection as there was insufficient air in the tyres! Servicing since has been on par with my initial experience. NEGLIGENT DISHONEST third rate experience every time I visit. Best avoided!

I went in the dealership in hull, Stratstone Mini on Tuesday 23 May 2017 at roughly 2pm as I had a fault come up on my dashboard, Initially I was greeted and welcomed by a few very Professional representatives... I was sent to the service desk where I was met by a again pleasant lady asking if she could help! I told her that I had a problem with a warning light on my dashboard and was not sure what the symbol represented. The receptionist went into the back to speak to the mechanic, in roughly 2 mins I was asked what year the mini was.... when I said it was a 2004 I was told that the mechanic was changing 2 tyres and wouldn't be available for at least 30 mins.. with this I thought I would go somewhere else... it shouldn't matter what age your vehicle is as we are all customers... felt like a second class citizen... very angry....
