Booked my car in for a service online, ticked for a courtesy car and selected the date; received an email with the details I had entered and took this as confirmation. Later received confirmation for a date 2 weeks after I’d selected. I had to phone them to confirm this was correct so I didn’t turn up on the wrong day. I take my car in for the service (25 mile drive), hand the keys over and have to ask for my courtesy car; get told they don’t have a courtesy car for me. I inform them I’m already late for work and need a car to get from the dealership to the office and that the booking I made (5 weeks) shows a confirmation with a courtesy car - I’m told there is no car available so they’ll have to book me in for the next available slot - the next available slot is 6 weeks away and I’m now well overdue for the service and still waiting. I also had to drive my unserviced car back to work, 20 miles, late. How can a car dealership who confirmed I could have a courtesy car not have a car available, surely you would just take one of the available test drive cars or a nearly new car that’s for sale and use that; I might even buy it you never know!

The sale itself was problem free and very easy although I can't say I was impressed with the after sales at Stratstone Jaguar. There were a few little faults with the car which they weren't very helpful in sorting.
