Stratstone Land Rover in Nottingham tried to tell me double sided tape was a "fix". Don't answer emails, don't return phone calls. And even when they do "fix" your car it goes wrong again..... They even managed to damage it!!!!!!
On 2 occasions failed to order the same Part. Couldn’t rebook the car in for 3 weeks. Then promised to collect it after 4 weeks. And failed to do that also Someone at Stratstone Land Rover Notts needs sacking.
Poor customer service, poor after sales, and the list goes on about Stratstone Land Rover in Nottingham.

They are keen to sell but after sales is rubbish! Try booking a car in for service of any kind and after they have deemed to answer the phone you get put through to a service centre to answer stupid questions. Whilst waiting (seems like for ever) you have to listen to a barrage of adverts.
Was Looking to buy a Land rover discovery sport with them, paid a deposit and requested to move car from Newcastle. Car was not in good condition also circumstances changed and requested to refund the deposit which they said they had incurred some cost and not going to refund it. After a complaint made to head office they asked Nottingham branch to refund the money which they again ignored, i managed to get my money back after couple of phone calls. They were arrogant and rude and not interested in my business. Lied couple of times like the guy personally drive the vehicle to Nottingham as had problems with transport.

Looked to buy a used Discovery from them, still waiting a week later for part exchange figures. Seems to be an issue with Statstone sales having had the same problem with Stratstone Newport. Given up now, I'll stick with Audi, at least the sales team with Audi dealers are interested.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying to buy a new car from this garage. Despite having at least 6 new and used cars from them over the last 10 years they treated me with utter contempt and refused to take me seriously. I think they have become carried away with the success of the brand but I certainly wont buy from them again. The service department is even worse. Take it from some one that has had a long relationship with this garage go elsewhere!

I would never look to purchase a Land Rover again after the service I received from the Nottingham Stratstone Land Rover. The Sales Manager was rude, arrogant and patronising and when I complained to Stratstone Head Office they said they'd ask the Dealer Principle (Marcus Jones) to contact me and he never did. I'm not wasting my time chasing him for an apology as I believe they wouldn't do anything anyway! Also, whilst I was in the showroom there was a customer complaint letter accusing them of intentionally sabotaging their vehicle which was just left lying around on a desk, this letter contained Personal Data for the customer (which is a breach of the Data Protection Act) so would not trust this branch at all.
