Bought a used Jaguar from Stratstone Stockton. Prior to the sale being completed very attentive and great service. After the money was paid it was like dealing with a totally different operation phone calls and emails not returned. Car was dirty, scratched, and numerous expensive issues certainly did not live up to the Jaguar advertising slogan "If you can't tell its used it's Jaguar Approved" I have serious doubts the car was thoroughly inspected as per the Jaguar 165 point check. I note that many other people have had issues buying a poor quality , unreliable vehicle from this dealership - it surely can't be coincidence or are Jaguar Land Rover products really that bad. The salesman was totally dishonest and his superiors were equally evasive or just failed to respond. This is the worst ever car buying experience I have had, I really feel that I have been mislead, sold a car with numerous defects and being consistently lied to. I would advise anyone in the market for a new or used car to avoid Stratstone Jaguar Land Rover as they are little more than con artists peddling poor quality, unreliable vehicles.

Stratstone Stockton JLR are not a dealership to be trusted. Order an E Pace 17 month, took my deposit and was promised the car Nov.2021. Traded my 19 plate XE to them in October 2021 expecting new car to arrive. Now Nov. 2022 still no car. Phone calls and emails all ignored. Finally gave up expecting a car and asked for my deposit back. I would not trust anything Dean the sales manager tells you, excuse after excuse when I visited the showroom. I would give the dealership a minus rating if it was possible.

" from a simple 2nd service to loads of expensive faults" My 4 year old e pace went is for its 2nd service. And mot You hand over a perfect working car now loads of warning lights I Thought I would use the jaguar dealer as this would show that it has been well looked after. That was a big mistake They create faults that were never there before you take it in Their explanation was " well this must have just started today and its just bad luck You raise a compliant and they can't wait to get you out of the door ***DO NOT USE TEESSIDE JAGUAR***

We recently purchased a new vehicle and experienced exceptional service from Peter Husband, Sales Associate.
Purchased an F Pace about two weeks ago early April and had it delivered. Wanted a Jaguar approved car because of the quality 😳 the warranty and as their advert says I wouldn’t tell the difference from a new one! Well....... what a load of rubbish that was delivered. There was scratches on almost every panel, every panel had paint overspray on them, masking tape line down one of the doors, repairs had been carried out to the offside wing and the Nearside front of the bonnet, there was a broken back window on the back seat 😳 they had replaced the Nearside rear window and damaged the chrome trim fitting it, no parcel shelf Nearside front lower valance and wing had been damaged the door mirrors had been painted the wrong shade of black etc....etc.... A friend took the car back for me and then he had to suffer a salesperson who couldn’t give too hoots, just asked for the keys and walked off, took me more than a week to get my 25K + back from them still out of pocket for the years tax I put on it the cost of getting the car delivered to me, the cost of returning the piece of rubbish back to them. Been in the motor trade for almost 50 years and known a lot of main dealers, even worked for a few and I’m still gobsmacked as to the state of the F Pace they sent out and their attitude when they got it back. And if anyone is interested the vehicle in question was a black Jaguar Approved F Pace registration number OV##YDY and such a low mileage too.
Booked my car in for a service (hadn't used Stratstone Jaguar before as lived in Scotland until last autumn) and on arrival Service Advisor couldn't find my booking. Turns out it had been cancelled by a phone operator who had made a mistake when I called to check if it was still booked for combined MOT & service and I told her that I'd had MOT carried out locally (Stratstone Stockton don't perform MOTs so no advantage in them doing it). Service Advisor said they'd be able to carry out service. On return, I waited approx 25 mins for Advisor and was asked to come to another desk as the other Advisor was carrying out training. I was then told they couldn't find my paperwork so he disappeared for 10 minutes! Then I asked for a copy of the Health Check video and he disappeared again and on his return told me they couldn't send it to me and I would need an iPhone to re-record whilst watching. Unbelievable and as it turns out, incorrect. It also took a while to establish what the dealership we're going to do with regards to the sub-frame corrosion. I was expecting them to volunteer what the next steps were but it was like drawing teeth! It took some 45 minutes to collect the car and it appears that the car wasn't even ready on my arrival as my wife saw them bring the car out of the workshop a few mins before I left the showroom, even though I was told 2pm (it was now 3:45pm). So I would have been hanging around anyway. I have used Pentland Jaguar in Perth and the difference in derive quality and customer attention is massive in Pentland's favour. I met another chap who was pacing the showroom whilst I was hanging around also. He had been waiting over 40 minutes and as he said to me, I came to collect my Discovery so just want the keys and get out of here. He finished by saying it's been like this over the 2.5 years he's dealt with them. So think twice before using them.

I visited before lockdown wishing to book my Jaguar in for a service. I was asked to take a seat which I done... 45 minutes later I was still sitting there. All I wanted to do was book it in which would take 30 seconds. I stood up and went to the reception desk and asked if I had been forgotten about. The rude lady behind the desk told me they were busy and she would be with me soon, so I told them not to bother and walked out. (There were only 4 people in the seating area including myself and they had waited longer than me.
A severe lack of customer service from this dealer. The worst buying experience ever.
